Ryansm's PES AnaBeta-01 Log

Damn the longer I run AnaBeta the tighter my muscles feel and the harder I look. So today I dosed without getting any carbs or food in for that matter. Didn't do it on purpose, but was in such a hurry I just went ahead and took it on the run with plans on getting something to eat soon after. Well it turned out I had to wait about an hour and let me tell you it was a very uncomfortable hour. Got real hungry, to the point of cold sweats and some low blood sugar sides. For some reason I was thinking maybe I have adjusted enough to dosing AnaBeta that this wouldn't be a big deal, but as I'm still trying to wrap my head around, the effects are not only still very present and strong but they are getting more and more pronounced. It is very unique in my experience to have this happen, typically my body adjusts, even to strong hormones, to the effect that it is time to stop and recover and take a break. AnaBeta on the other hand just keeps going and the effects become more pronounced it seems.

Word for the workout wrecked! This was a very crazy shoulder routine and quite frankly it was an all out ball-buster. Felt great and strong!
 
So today was legs, uneventful as far as performance. Did some squats back/front GHR's and some Bulgarian split squats. Noticed in the mirror that I'm leaning out, which is quite interesting as I know I was very much depleted. Diuretic effect is getting more and more pronounced. Thirst is way up, and I am urinating an absurd amount of times throughout the day. Aggression continues to build, very alpha male mentality.

Off today, saw a colleague today I haven't seen since starting the log and he commented on how much leaner and bigger I look. Had a hard time pinpointing which one it was lol.

Probably both - although being bigger will also give the illusion of being leaner if you're making lean gains (as I am discovering). All in all, very positive and encouraging, Ryan :)

Today will be my cheat meal...Easter meal. Will weigh in tomorrow, vascularity is way up, and I'm feeling great! Happy Easter everyone!

I was really lucky on Easter, mother in-law made a very Mediterranean sort of meal and it was pretty clean.
 
Busy day for me, so training is pushed to tomorrow. Did weigh in at 311.2 which has me scratching my head a bit since I consumed an absurd amount of food yesterday. Feeling good today as well which has been a reoccurring aspect with AnaBeta-01, typically the day after a cheat meal I feel lethargic and tired from the carbs, but not with this. Still requiring an extra hour or so of sleep, but once I'm up I have plenty of energy. Muscles are looking and feeling hard, and veins are popping! Hopefully tomorrow we see some performance improvements!

Today was chest, and like I mentioned yesterday I flipped my incline and dips to see if the pumps were hindering progress.

Ok so like I thought the dips were a breeze, in fact they were very easy. I'm pretty happy with my flat bench, weight feels light and I feel explosive. I have noticed that I need a little more warm-up to get my strength really kicking so today I added in about a 10 minute warm-up with a 150lbs tire, light and explosive to help warm-up my CNS and it worked great. Also I had a hard time completing my incline reps, so I will be switching over to 10 sets of 5 next phase and raise the weight to 315 i.e. more intensity/less reps. <This also could be an indication of how the AnaBeta-01 was effecting my dips.
 
Interesting stuff right there. Curious about what's in this stuff.

So I hurt myself yesterday (back)as today I have been bed ridden for the most part. Had to break out the cane to get to the bathroom:( Anyway no training, at least today I get to eat my cheat meal!
