Care to explain to me and others who aren't versed on Ecdy... what is it? Effects? I know some people are always raving about it but wtf is it?

To preface my position, you all must understand that Ecdysterone is a highly debated compound. While thousands of people claim it is absolutely magic for them, there are many people who claim that the lack of direct proof of MOA in studies is enough to throw the compound away...we obviously disagree.

Ecdysterone itself is a naturally ocurring compound found primarily in plants and some insects. In plants/insects, it acts as a steroid would in a mammalian animal.

Humans/mammals lack the necessary receptors to properly utilize ecdysteroids, however they STILL get results.

This leads to many theories as to the MOA, which has still been hard to pin down.



Most users see a great recomp effect that lets them lose excess bodyfat and gain LBM.

Hey StakedCop, since you're an Ecdy veteran, how many days after you start do you start seeing some effects. When I did True Turk I noticed by day 9, things were jumping off. I know True Turk is a relative to the Ecdy.

I picked up a couple of bottles of Ecdy....on my 2nd day....
dosing 75mg of Ecdy and 1500mg of 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone.
