I will, im not certain why, i have an idea, since it has gone on for this long, then a member came in and started stirring up trouble so im guessing he appealed to the mods to delete it- but im not certain and it aint a big deal that was way to clogged anyways

looking forward to the mast getting here

been 5 days since refeed waist is below 36' gunna keep pushing though till day 10 to refeed. Got to

tomorrow is arms/cardio
 
something to note. Today i started to shake and sweat BAD for no reason, i was just sitting there, then i got like weak and nauseated and the shakes where horrid, like when i was on speed. I was dripping with sweat- was like wtf is going on with me?!

so first thought- not enough carbs in my body which call me crazy, but after I had 8 ounces of apple juice i stopped shaking, and sweating and the nausea went away

i upped fats a bit round 120-130 today just cause- im doing cardio like 7x a week so yeah


caloric intake- 2800
cardio burnt 300 of these
puts me at 2500
im guessing my chest session burnt about 300 too so that puts me at 2200

Lol the soap opera is done, edwitt even said it was better than tv :o

So im really trying to go as long as i can without refeeding, today weighed in at a flat 226, going to try and actually hit like 218 before carbing up again.

so i decided a SMALL bowl of special K redberries first thing in the morning preworkout with 1/2 cup milk aint gunna kill me, its a compramise to eating a 350g of carbs today :)


today is arms with abs/cardio

In and will miss the madness that was the other log. I hate random thread deletes on an open forum. Maybe it was impacting sales because your progress with AAS might send people away from supplements. LOL
 
I think if you saw the comment that was posted in his direction you might understand. It is a topic worth steering clear of.

doing nothing today guys. I just dont have time I have class again in like uh 45 minutes. Yes this is enough time to do some cardio but im ****ing spent- it's been 10 days in a row that I have done cardio. One day wont kill me.


diet is on point still <100 carbs today and no more refeeds unless i have a mental break down- which i probly will around 30 days no cheating lmao but whatever i bet the fat loss speads up either way im guna conquer

tomorrow im on my feet for 8+ hours at work, then the gym, then cardio so im gunna have cals around 2600 tomorrow

I figured it out by investigating my damn post count drop.....F**K!!!! Schwell lost over 1,000....more than I had altogether!!

And I was thinking masteron for the next bulk, along with test and something else....so yuh, any suggestions are def. welcome!

tren 350mg/wk 1-4(dropping cause im out)
mast p 600mg/wk 1-8
winstrol 50mgs wk 3-8

no nothing for hair. I haven't had any problems lol, i know all those are rough on hair, but it seems im not prone to it- at all. My hair is just as thick as ever no thinning and absolutely no shedding- pretty sweet.

its guna be SLOW bulk over like 4 months ya know? 3500 calories, cardio 2x a week as my metabolism is slow and i will still grow easily here

Yo bro, just got your txt and it's late so I put this here. Plus you know I hate txting long explanations.

If you fat loss has slowed with the diet you are on I would look at a few things.

Sodium intake. You need to watch this closely, not having carbs in you will make your weight have the ability to fluctuate quite a bit.

Water intake.

Estrogen. Is it possible you are bloating at all? I know you are on Aromasin, but did you alter the dosage or did you body make enough aromatase that you need to up the dose?

If all that is in check I would look at the timing of your meals and macros. When are you getting your healthy fats or the majority of your highly biological slow (and fast for that matter) digesting protein. Where are the carbs coming from specifically?
Any hydrogenated oils or HFCS?

Just shooting in the dark, what you think bro?

NO Hydrogenated oils- (only natty products yuh)
estro- probably i quit taking letro and armosin why? **** i dont know lmao- maybe this it

Fast proteins- ALWAYS after workout, mix them throught the day with slow protein(greek yogurt)
slow proteins- eggs in the morning always, no beef in diet(rare)
chicken throughout day i never really thought about fast proteins- i know WPI can cause an insulin spike. but yuh this sums it up

loosing 200-300 6x a week from cardio
another 200-500 5x a week from weights so yuh

This second part is worth looking into for the reason of what you said: insulin. The larger the spike, the more you slow your fat burning down, simple as that. LOTS of Insulin=cortisol=fat loss go bye bye, but managed correctly these can be powerful tools to help you grow muscle and burn fat.

You are on the right track.

I'd be interested to see if the masteron is going to be enough to keep the bloat down. I'm thinking it will be.

I would go with aromasin in the meantime instead of the Letro. Try to save the letro for PCT if needed then. Unless you just want to dry out before masteron, which you may, I'm not sure.
If it were me, I'd hit the aromasin hard till next wed or so and by that time you should know if the masteron is going to be able to keep the aromatization at a level that won't cause too much bloat or excess water. Letro is so powerful and with it's longer half life it would remain in your system much longer than the Aromasin which I'd be willing to bet if you have Letro in your system with a sh1t ton of Masteron you are going to have really aching joints. Not to mention a slowing of gains bc you killed all your estro.....

I'm in for the ride and very excited to see how this turns out.

i will limit fast proteins to post workout only

any other time i eat wpi/greek yougurt i will throw some almonds in there as fats slow down digestion? Will this work?

Clearly I can't possibly understand what was said that wasn't previously, either way it seems infantile to punish schwell, by removing his log, rather than banning the individual making the comment.

Still, your progress is undeniable. Hope you get healthy bloods back(get a lipid panel too!) At your conclusion
 
Guys due to family emergency i will not be able to update the log for a week rest assured, im going to continue cutting, and step it up this week by lowering calories 180 and upping cardio.
Im also dropping trenbolone, it makes me too angry, and snappy and is not worth it to me at this point. On every other compound i have never had rage issues- on tren i have not okay with me.

So without further ado suck it, and will report in next week
