Thoughts
Grappling went good, was surprised how good my cardio felt, the Ultra Corgen V02 is some good stuff! This is only my 3rd time rolling since my injury so I was shocked how good I did, I need to take some time this week to get a 3-4 hour session in just doing drills, The tourny is April 16th, I'm not 100% sure I'm going, but thats what I'm training for and it will motivate me more!
