Ok, cuz it really is tough to get a good workout dont in excessive heat....

Hey does anybody know if Deiselbolan and Helladrol make a good stack.. I have been wondering for a summer stack and alternatives are getting scarce...

Dieselbolan is a great bulker, 4 week run, I blew up on it and gained a lot of strength.

Helladrol is H-Drol which is good for recomp and can be run 6 weeks.

I wouldn't stack the 2 since DMZ and H-Drol are both methyls. Dieselbolan is already a stack, but for summer I'd recommend the H-Drol for staying lean. Diesel is great for a winter bulk.

I personally don't like the idea of running 2 methylated compounds. I don't know alot about the Dieselbolan but the Helladrol looks like a h-drol clone of sorts.

Hamstrings Leg Curl drop 2 3X8 120/90/75 I was down to 105/75/60 by the third set




Calves Stainding Calf drop 2 3X8 240/200/160

Bar of Death 6-4 DC style for all abs
Cable crunches 120 12/8
Side bends with obar 10/8
decline leg raises 12.5 lbs 8/6

Ok here's the wierd part, I got on the scales and was up more than 4 lbs!!! Soon as I got home my wife and I did a quick assessment and the verdict was ... significant fat loss from the week before... WTF!!! and yah I look a bit bigger too and I was deflated so I should look huge after the carb up!!

As for your summer cycle, Helladrol is a good option and many really like the low sides and excellent recomp along with strength gains. Now if you are dead set on stacking, you could run Furuza with it or Orastan-E, both are non-methylated and will aid in cutting you up. That could get pricey though, best you will find for either is over $80 US, not including shipping for enough to run a complete cycle. Like all non-methyls, dose goes up significantly to get enough active compound to be effective. For Furuza, 250 is not an uncommon dose.

Katana is furuza so if you go that route, it is the best choice. Mr. Supps stuff is legit as we all know.

Yah that's my thinking as well, yah I thought that was what Katana was. That sounds like an excellent Summer stack and maybe pick up some Diesel for later. How suppressive is Diesel compared to Superdrol.. ?

Suppression is there for sure, my boys are starting to tighten up all 10 year old style even with Dermacrine at 6 pumps per day though that didn't happen until week 3 and Epi on top of it (they are on track to make me look like I have raisenets in my pants at this rate, sucks, but I have fadogia I will start Monday). The M-LMG in Diesel is the real question as it will aromatize and cause the estro sides unless it is managed (gyno, water retention even with DMZ balancing it out). I would think some formestane while on cycle is all you need.

Only 15 minutes to start of carb up, will get in about 700-800 grams this evening... looking forward to it let me tell you..

Considering how big you already are Doug, something like a DMZ or Superdrol pulse for 8 weeks may be a better option as it will add lean mass without all the water weight and sides you could run into with Diesel. Just something to consider, a good way to have your cake and eat it too.

So it can be a wet compound to some but typically that is only people who take in a lot of carbs with it which makes you hold water regardless. Not from it converting to estrogen. However the Max LMG with DMZ would be killer but shouldn't be pulsed. LMG is long acting so the pulse would be ineffective compared to a straight run.

Oh added Androhard to the mix last night. DES will be added early next week and run till the end.

I am looking good after my carbup, can't believe I'm 234 lbs and probably more right now.

Went very well I got every rep for the first cycle on chest but had lost some on the second cycle so the third I dropped the weight 10 lbs and got almost all reps...

Back had me reducing weight by the second set as usual but man do I get fuggin wide with this ... wow!!

Back thickness I got all reps for all 3 cycles as usual...

Good power today it felt so much better.

Started DES today .. burned at bit... did 40mcg left pec will do right tommorow morning and alternate. I will do biceps bi-lat after the workout..
 
Oh and there seems to be some delay on the Sarms damn!! I can't get a response from them and am getting concerned. I found the ad here on AM, just hope they're legit.

They haven't shipped yet, they were pre-ordering S4 for 19.95 and it was supposed tro be in by the end of February. I haven't gotten them to respond to my emails lately. It's Uniquemicals and adbertizes here on AM...

Dropped 5 lbs across the board on 3rd cycle...

The prone curls seemed rather easy I will increase those next time around.

DED bilat biceps and am right pec 40 mcg ea.

Diet has not changed. I don't seem to be losing much weight though which is concerning as I expected a big drop in body fat when I became more anabolic but it's early yet. There is not a hek of a lot more I can do with my current schedule so I have to cross my fingers on this one. There was significant loss last week.

I will have to start a week late but tha''s not the end of the world... S4 50mg for the first 2 weeks then bump it up to 75....

Let me tell you man, there has been a lot of that going on these last two weeks. Nothing comes easy and pushing through the pain is what makes us different than the rest. Just think about one thing, Doug is not in his 20s like many of us and he walk miles to the gym, he is an inspiration to us all!!!

I second this^^^ you guys really keep me going.I hit the gym for the first time since last Wednesday due to being sick. I wasn't 100% and haven't been eating right all week but pushed through it knowing I'd be one day better for it and that all you guys are putting in serious work in the gym and if I can walk I will workout.

I have used that image to get me over the bridge more than once....

Speaking of which .. another fuggin snow storm and my worst nightmare the bridge was not plowed!! Ouch!! it's over now though... Hope we get some spring soon I'm about to lose it!!

Definite strength and size increase.. weigh in showed no change but I am huge! So I assume I am losing fat. Getting large on brocolli who'd a thunk it... my protein synthesis must be through the roof!!!
