Felt the strongest I have in a while today! Bumped dosing up to 100 for this final week. My rear delts were awesome looking today, might post up a pic.

Btw, i'm gonna be going out tonight to a club most likely hanging with hooter girls. How many drinks is too many?! lol
 
The short answer is...1 drink is too many when running a methyl cycle. Will it kill you?...no, but its best to just keep your eye on the prize and your priorities in check;)

Just saw this right now I had 4 vodka red bulls and danced with some hot girls and had a great time! My friend wants me to come out tonight again but yea I really gotta say focused.

That's really good for a first cycle! Good strength too, how about squat or deadlift increases? Either way, well done!

Now the hard part, keeping those gains!

Thanks man! My front squat increased from 105x12(just started training legs again lol) to 175x12 and no deadlifts though I prob could have increased my 1RM about 80-100 lbs.

I know man i'm kinda scared about that! I heard that it is good to increase the weight and volume so I think I might do 3x3 though it seems kinda weird.

I was thinking eating at maintence levels and 250-300 grams of protien a day be good?

11-oxo-150-300mg( would this be good to add for reduced cortisol or would it just delay recovery?)
 
To be honest, that PCT looks pretty bad.

Calories need to be a little above you NEW maintenance (you put on 22.5 lbs, you need more calories each day). 300g+ protein should be a good target (1.5g per lb minimum in PCT).

11-oxo is suppressive, although PA has said you can do a "bridge" to let your body start recovering naturally since it's less suppressive than other PH/DS. It does have the benefit of controlling cortisol and keeping strength/anabolism up. You can keep that in as a bridge if you want, but that's not the start of PCT then, you'd still be on cycle. It's not a bad idea, and gives you time to get a real PCT lined up, so may want to consider it at around 300mg for 2-3 weeks.

For PCT, I cannot recommend a SERM enough. It helps get the testosterone back faster which will help stave off catabolism. You have to understand you're producing little testosterone right now, so stopping exogenous hormones leaves you with very little to hold onto that muscle. PCT should get your testosterone levels back to normal ASAP to hold onto muscle. SERMs like Clomid do that very well.

Your PCT supplements are not good either. AI Post Cycle Support is an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI). Inhibit E is an AI. You are crushing your estrogen levels, which is not good for returning to homeostasis. ATD (Inhibit E) alone will really keep estrogen too low, which you don't want.



I recommend that given your situation you bridge with the 11-oxo at 300-450mg for 2-3 weeks and order a SERM now. Once they get in you'll be ready to start your real PCT. Keep calories high, remember maintenance is higher now with an extra 22lbs!

If you want to include an OTC test booster, start it at week 3 on the SERM. Something like HCGenerate from NTBM is a good addition, or Formastanozol, or both since HCGenerate is more a test booster while Formastanozol is an AI.

Keep hitting the gym hard, and keep eating hard. Best of luck keeping the gains!

I didn't know they where both AI's thats weird. I read on a forum on here that otc pct is fine for P-mag and that was the recommended supplements. If I go the otc route would inhibit-e and a test booster like Bioforge good enough? Thanks man.

Also, any1 with OTC PCT advice would be helpful.

HCGenerate and Formastanozol from NTBM would be a good alternative OTC.

You did a 6 week run of PMag? What was the dosing?

You shouldn't believe everything you read on the forums btw. Bad advice sometimes slips in there, you have to exercise good judgment.

PMag isn't too harsh, but still shuts you down and is a risk for losing gains.

PMag isn't too harsh, but still shuts you down and is a risk for losing gains.

I did a 5 week 2 days run with dosing of 75,75,75,75,75. I know shouldn't beleive everything I read I did see it meantioned a lot though lol.

My next cycle which will be epi I def will use a serm.

I was so sick and achy today but I said f*ck it I need too lift! I am doing this to increase the strength of my CNS and giving my muscles a little less stress. Once I start up my epi cycle I will up the reps again.

Also, due to Milas advice I ordered a Serm and also some S4 to go along with it for PCT.

Thanks man! I am really excited to see what S4 has to offer.. I heard it is very androgenic. No I don't think i'm gonna do the 11-oxo bridge I want to get to the epi asap.

I plan on running the epi in 3-4 weeks depending how recovered i'm feeling.

time off = time on (5 weeks) + PCT (4-6 weeks) = 9-11 weeks


Less time means you're not recovering (lipids, liver, HPTA, CNS, etc.). 3 Cycles in a year is aggressive, you're taking your health into your hands here.

I know you think PMag and Epi are mild, but they add up. RPN had lawsuits from people using Havoc (epi) for 3 months (3 cycles) and getting liver disease, that's why RPN went out of business.

Make sure you know what you're doing. I gotta be honest, it doesn't seem like you are too experienced in PH/DS and shouldn't be attempting this. I don't think you've done adequate research or preparation (i.e., not having a SERM on hand).

You're going to do what you're going to do, but bear in mind the long term effects you may be getting from it. Very serious stuff that should be concerning. Left ventricle hypertrophy will weaken your heart permanently, and it's demonstrated to happen in steroid abusers. Livers recover, but heart/lipid values can cause permanent damage.

I call it like I see it, no hate against you, but it's not a good idea to start Epi in 4 weeks.

I have to agree man that you really need to take the right time off before running another cycle.

Your body needs time to recover in a lot of ways. Lipids, liver enzymes, HPTA, the list goes on...no need to f*ck yourself up over a contest bro...

Just because you drank heavily doesn't mean you're immune to methylate liver stress and jaundice, especially when you enjoy "a drink or two" on cycle. Left ventricle hypertrophy is not going to happen the same if you take steroids rsponsibly versus abuse steroids. Cardio will do NOTHING for left ventricle hypertrophy caused by steroids.

You'll basically be on a suppressive cycle > 12 weeks (PMag 5wks, S4, 3-4wks, Epi 4wks). If you're serious about doing it, I would get hcg. You will be shutdown, or near shutdown that entire period of time. There's risk of PERMANENT sexual dysfunction here.

But as everyone on bb.com knows, people will do whatever they damn well please. All I'm saying is think about it and research a bit more before you decide, not just what the bros and the boards say.

Don't fuck up your life over momentary gains, life is a marathon and not a sprint.

I always felt like my back was my strong point and I really need a bigger chest but your advice sounds good. I really feel the ez-curl rows good but yea I will add db row or t-bar rows(if i find a way to do them at my house).
 
Did a workout at my friends house today did a bunch of random stuff and got a good lift in.

Here are some highlights of the workout:

Db curls-45x8(each arm), 50x4(first time I did the 50's)

Overhead tri ext-60x6
