Yea he was a substitute teacher and was in school to get his teaching degree. My father inlaw is a teacher a somewhat knew the guy. They worked in the same building at highschool and would talk here and there. Right after he got charged my father inlaw came by my house and couldn't believe it at all. He said they guy always seemed so nice and like a stand up person and would have never imagined he was like that. He was speculating on even if he was innocent he would be screwed and how as a teacher you want to never put yourself in a situation where you are the only adult with kids outside of school. He said he has been approached by the school to take kids on overnight trips by himself and he would refuse because all you need is to get a couple kids pissed at you and say something and your carear is over, but I guess since you said you used to personally get herb off him he prolly was giving then kids licquor and weed.

hahah yeah man he was kinda creepy i wouldnt put it past him. figured it would be all over the news in your town. it sucks you live so far south, you would be able to train at my school all the time we have late classes. tuesdays/thursdays we have wrestling 6:30 to 8 and then we do no gi until 9. otherwise its 7, also saturday mornings
 
It's my work schedule that limits the amount of time I can get to train. I work three 12 hour shifts a week and they are from 10am-10pm so those whole days are pretty much gone. Maybe if I could find a place that had a 6am class. Most gyms have all their classes in the evening. The one I'm at now their earliest is 10am. So instead I lift in the morning on days I work and on my off days I go to the BJJ gym. I have off four days a week but two of those days are usually sat and sun and we don't have a BJJ class on those days so this leaves me with two days a week that I can get into a class. Sometimes on a Saturday I will meet up with a buddy and we will just roll around or go over things we learned but mostly it is just the twice a week :( I mean it's not totally bad because for the time being this is just a hobby for me and it is something I enjoy. My main focus right now is dropping fat and gaining strength. Once I get my weight and strength to where I want it and a good solid foundation in the basic fundamentals of BJJ I do want to devote more time to the sport.
 
so im wondering, is there another way to take reservatrol as a part of daily anti - oxidants? perhaps a lower dosage or something?

As far as in addition to SA?
SA can be ran indefinitely on a protocol like 12 weeks on 2 weeks off with the typical 5 day 2 off weekly dosing.
 
no no i meant without the SA. SA is a little out of my price range to take indefinitely so Im wondering whether there is a cheaper, reservatrol only supplement.
 
by the way, libido is raging!! recovery is also super fast, barely any DOMS even after a hard a$$ workout
 
from looking around there and nutra, seems like Sustain alpha has the highest potency. guess ill just cycle it as money allows

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, I would assume liquidvade technology also allows for alot better bioavailability then powders and pills as well.
 
The poor bioavailabilty of resveratrol makes me wary of any supplements that use it that aren't sublingual or transdermal. The LV tech works well, but not as good, imo, as sublingual or transdermal would (does).

workout felt very strong. hit a new PR on overhead press which made it even better. Libido is jacked as long as I get a good amount of sleep. Recovery is very good, even the worst DOMS in legs doesnt last that long. Definitely want to try the transdermal version next time, especially if its supposed to be more effective.

added a B-complex for the first time in my life. feeling pretty wired this morning.

will add more later, got lots of stuff on my mind right now. need to start meditating to clear crap out of my head.

trying to have a dynamic day today, so far I was thinking box squats and good mornings? upper body is a little sore so im not sure what else to add.
 
also im definitely up 3 pounds. started around 176 and weighed in at 179 last night. still just as lean and hard. definitely not water, ive eaten a complex carb maybe once or twice since i started Sustain Alpha.

i feel like the whole glycogen replenishment isnt as serious as some may think, for me at least. as long as i get a proper amount of sleep, i recover fast and have plenty of energy for consecutive workouts. I can train mma 6 days a week and lift on sunday and be fine with barely any complex carbs/starches. fruits and vegetables seem to be doing it for me. meat/fish/eggs provides just as much of an insulin rise as carbs without the spike in blood sugar, so putting on muscle is not any harder.

It's when you add in the 4 lifting sessions, 4-5 MMA sessions, and 2-3 conditioning sessions that you really need the extra fuel. Actually, MMA doesn't take a lot out of me (from a CNS perspective), but the other stuff really takes a toll on my body.

ahh yeah i can imagine. if only i had time.. actually switching jobs sometime this year because they are closing our place down, so i might have much more time for training. my new job ill be done at 4:30, you think it would be reasonable to lift and then train at 7 or 8? probably need a meal in there somewhere

That's what I used to do for years. Hell, sometimes I still do that.

just tried them for the first time last night. i went straight for the deepest box they had since i already squat very low. pretty challenging to come out of the hole sitting down haha

295 is new PR! never squatted heavy until this year :)

In short, the thing is amazing and you can throw practically anything into it (except for leeks, bananas, eggplants, avocados, and coconuts). I've always been the find of person that likes to experiment with food and this opens up a whole new frontier for me.
 
hmm yeah ive been thinking about getting one for awhile. what i read before is that it takes a ton of vegetables to get any juice, like a big bag of carrots to get 3-5 ounces of juice. fruit would probably work better right? you got a link to the one you got?

interested to hear what kinds of veggies you used so far or plan on using. I struggle with getting my daily servings of greens in daily. I mainly eat green beans and sometimes some aspargus, spinach or brocoli.

FYI I had seen before on the gracie site they take frozen banannas and put them through a food processor and get faux banana ice cream. Not sure it it requires a specific food processor or any one can do. Just an idea for a food treat for you

Yeah, I used 1.5 oranges, 8 strawberries, 1 C blueberries, and 2 medium carrots and only got maybe 16 oz of juice.

You can always use some of the pulp in the catcher to makes some sauces or you can add some of it into the juice if you like juice with pulp.

Feeling great brother!!

First jiujitsu session since two weeks ago last night! Strenght is way up, but cardio is wayyyy down! Mostly because I was out two weeks. Fight cardio is something that takes a while to obtain and once you miss two weeks it just disappears. I also didnt do any conditioning while I was out, just lifted heavy the whole time. So because Im not in tournament shape at the moment, ill probably skip the March tournament and aim for the one in April.

Hunger and libido way up. Still following 5 on 2 off.
 
in other news, this week im gonna add Beta Alanine back to my supps. I took a few months off it to get rid of the tolerance so now its go time.

also thinking about ordering GPLC. any reviews? better than AAKG? for the price i hope its much better

OMG there needs to be a libido warning written on this product. this girl at work likes me and every time i look at her a$$ there goes 20 minutes I cant concentrate on work for..plus my girlfriend always sends me bad texts when im at work so its just a total death by zipper

i think the After pics will definitely show some change but most importantly my strength has gone up significantly and the libido is of a stud bull.

Beta Alanine is amazing! AAKG sux save your money but i have never used GPLC and i think i speak for many when i say creatine nitrate is the king of pre workout pumps..
 
For you GPLC would be a better option, it shows actual improvement in performance over just getting a pump, which isn't conducive imo for athletes. PP's Beta Alinine I have found that the results do not ware off, taken spread out through the day.

LMAO last night after jits my girl was taking pictures of my teacher and some other people climbing the ropes at the gym backwards/one handed etc and then showed them the pics to review. well right after those new pictures were my pictures for the log so everyone got a chance to check them out :lol:

I like AAKG! I get good pumps and if anything its dirt cheap in comparison to the arginocarn or GPLC!! i mean 15 servings for GPLC for $21? not very reasonable IMO, i buy a lot of Vitamins/fishoil/whey so Im not trying to go broke on preworkouts. havent checked out creatine nitrate so im gonna look that up later today.

got all sorts of injured last night at training. neck is tweaked and all f@ked up, AC joints hurting from wrestling. its such a night and day in comparison to lifting weights. you lift weights get pumped up, look great, come home feeling good. after MMA you can barely get out of the shower. i got scars all over me from this impetigo outbreak and im not even gonna list all the other skin issues ive dealt in the past lol i guess this is why i have seen so many people start and quit right away during my 3.5 yrs of doing this.

anyway, strength is way up! took my teacher a little longer this time around to choke me out and i got out of his body triangle! Libido is always ready to go, even all beat up and bleeding i still didnt let my girl go to sleep early last night hahahah

im thinking about ordering Fat Gripz as soon as these next couple days. I wanna take the grip game to the next level.

so ive been putting that trans dermal magnesium oil on my neck and other problem body parts and I definitely feel less inflammation.
