Rubbing my fat away with LG's Topical 7-Keto

some of the weight drop is water and digestive, since I didn't eat much saturday.

As far as Whacked's question goes, i'm done with the 7-keto as it ran out, but haven't made up my mind as to what i'm doing next. had planned on boladrol, but want to make sure I get to where I want to be leanness wise before summer too. so I figure if I get that lean now finally, it will be easy to monitor even if I cycle something else.
 
was 187 again today. workout was a little lighter

and done.

decided to do a couple rear double bi shots, its hard as hell with the cellphone cam in the mirror....

another hour of cardio this morning, so 9 days without a day off. Not sure whether i'm starting to get wiped out from it, or just that the lower calories is starting to bother me. I might take thurs off from cardio, we'll see how I feel between now + then

well, was 186 today, lightest i've ever reached since high school. Was forced to skip this mornings workout as my wife is sick and I needed to get the kids ready for school. I suddenly realize one difficulty with 3 full body workouts a week, its not like I can do it tomorrow morning, then again friday. So with any luck, i'll be able to work out tonite after dinner, and then again friday. Otherwise I may do it tomorrow morning, then saturday, then monday again and get back on track timing wise.
 
did an evening workout, went fast as since my wife was sick and I had the kids in the kids club, and it closed at 8. trying to go fast wiped my strength out

hack squats 180x12x12x12
one arm db shoulder press 45x15x12x12
incline bb press 135x8x5 (shoulder hurt)
chinups 10x8x5
incline fly 40x15x15
deadlift 225x12x12

and was done in under 40 minutes, panting, sweating balls.
 
Skipping cardio today, too beat from last night's workout. Instead going to have a cheat meal breakfast. Anyone care to guess how many calories a cheat breakfast usually is for me ?:)
 
so cheat breakfast was a 3 egg omelette with bacon, ham and sausage, a bowl of grits, an english muffin, 2 12 inch blueberry pecan pancakes and about 3/4 cup of syrup. boy was that nice.

pretty nice. Used a pack of Black Powder preworkout, man that sucked. I liked it using it in the afternoon, but on a totally empty stomach it gave me heartburn more than anything else.
 
woke up at 192 today??? I did eat heavy, and kinda carbohydrate heavy yesterday. Did an hour on the elliptical, heart rate in the 150-160 range. Reading Alfred Bester's "The Stars My Destination" on the nook during cardio.

was 189 today. I can't really remember the whole workout this morning. It was my first with 8 caps of APS creatine nitrate, the pump was really good.

woke at 190 today, looked the leanest ever. Did 45 min of cardio, had a hard time getting my heart rate over 150 (no stims).
 
when i'm bored, the cellphone camera comes out. Today was cardio day remember, so no pump at all, and I just took these pics at 5pm, so a good few hours since my last snack but before dinner, and i'm well hydrated

I just need to figure out how to add more pec mass, and some bicep size. I'm seriously considering entering a more or less local (3 counties) show in August. The bad part is I have vacation the first week of june, so i'd basically have 6 weeks from when I get back. So given what sort of shape I can be in between now + june, I may not do so much damage that I can't fix it in 6 weeks :D
 
Yeah, the mesomorph / creatine nitrate combo is nice, although the creatine nitrate is pretty sweet alone.

the vascularity continues to get better, i'm pretty frequently seeing (while I work out at least) some of the inner + front quad veins show. My bicep tonight was all spiderwebbed with small veins besides the big one, but I couldn't get a good picture of it with the cellphone camera.

I decided that today i'll be switching to a new log, just for the heck of it. Since i've been done with the 7 keto so long, the name isn't accurate anymore. Plus its an excuse to pull out the real camera and try for some better shots.
