JD's APS Nutrition New Years Revolution!

I guess I'll measure it their lol

1.25 difference wow!

Yeah, my arms flexed cold were like my arms pumped and relaxed! My arms pumped and flexed were a bit bigger ;)

What's NWS?

Ok guys today was my recovery day, I started my split last week on a Tuesday so it messed me up a bit.

I just did a light upper body workout today, I mean really like just a couple sets each much in the 20 rep range to get more blood floor going, then hit the sauna for about 15 min.

Tomorrow I'm going to do a leg and lower back workout and I HOPE my arms are not sore for Wednesday, I would like to do a Chest and Back day.

Are you doing stretching post workout?

The studies show that it's bad to do static stretching pre-workout, that's best saved for post workout. Ballistic stretching (contantly moving) is better pre-workout to warm up, but not as good post workout. Make sense?

I think I'm going to go back to DC style stretching, that stuff felt goooooood.

I do dynamic stretching preworkout and static stretches post. Preworkout it's more about getting your blood flowing than anything. Studies I've seen have shown an increased injury rate on static stretches preworkout as well as a loss of strength.

did that loosen the arms up any?

did that loosen the arms up any?

Ya know what suprisingly it did! I honestly thought once I got the feeling like there was some extra blood going into the arms there was no way this is going to make them feel better, but I really think it helped a bit for Recovery.

Thanks Tom :D

Going to hit legs soon enough!

udt seals taught me that trick way back in the day, lol.

they called it their version of hair of the dog.

:usa2: navy seals don't know how to fight-

they are trained to kill.:dead:

Seals and the other Spec Ops are guys you don't F with. Them and Israelis, they don't just try to hurt you.

One of my relatives is a sniper (won the world sniper competition), and he is not quite normal...

ever see the fight quest episode when they go to Isreal to learn krav maga! The chick is super hot and the fact that she can and will kill anyone with her bare hands makes her even hotter!!!!

Israelis scare me...

Check out the videos. It is the episode of krav maga on fight quest. Its worth the time to watch them all.. if you can only watch one then watch the second one. I love how she demonstrates how to throw a proper elbow LOL. Go to the 7min mark to see it.

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- Well my arm workout was amazing, wish my back didn't cause me any issues during this stack so I could have got a bit more training in. But got a week and a half left, gonna kill it!

WOW! Brutal leg workout! I love it! I did a 100 rep squat routine last year and I loved it. (10x10) Really improved my squat. I'm betting those BW Lunges are brutal after all of those squats.

Day 38 Thoughts
Great workout, got some PR's so I'm happy! Wish I had some damn protein and bcaa's, but got no $$ to get any at the moment.

Effects

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- Um havn't noticed any more body comp effects, I don't think those PR's were out of reach with or without this test stack, but will see how the rest of the week and last week goes.

Mesomorph/ Creatine Nitrate/ Nitrozine/ Slin Sane STACK!- Getting some amazing workouts still and pumps are off the hook!!!

my recovery seems better after only 2 days on powershock. great deal on it right now.

that workout looked great. no doubt you got a great pump. but damn man, you got to get some protein and bcaa's in you after all that-even more so for the supps you are taking to be effective. hell go to wallmart and get some protein there for $18 if you have too.

How long are you in the gym, that routine looks like it would take forever

About an hour and a half, I don't like to break more then a min inbetween sets and for the circuits I was doing I went set to set with no break, it was sweet:D

Chocolate milk post workout FTW!

hmmmm... I just noticed you and BigT are using the dump method. Why do you dump 4 and take one?

I honestly havn't noticed a difference, I think I'm going back to caps, but if you don't like taking caps it's good for dumping it into the meso, didn't find it changed the taste much.

Ah, thanks. I'm good on caps. I can open my eso****us like an anaconda. I'm used to taking mouthfuls of pills. Who remembers when Amino's only came in those giant horse pill gels? 1 serving of aminos were 6 giant horse pills. Yeah, the caps these days are child's play in comparison :usa2:

I've read multiple studies that claim 2% choc. milk is one of the best post workout items you can take.

^^^^ This. The blend of casein and whey with the sugar to spike insulin is a great thing post workout. In fact, that was my post workout drink tonight!

Day 39 Thoughts
Well borrowed some $$ to get some protein and a small bottle of xtend, sadly at gnc, but when it would have taken a week to get from nutra and needed some asap! So got a good amount of bcca's and protein today:)
My legs and upper body is killing sore, but after I had a little bit of Mesomorph in the morning I said ya know what I'm not taking today off, I'll try a heavy bag workout, been a few months since I hit the heavy bag, ankle was a bit sore, but didn't go crazy on foot work, damn endurance and speed isn't where it was thats for sure! But overall had a wicked workout and got an amazing sweat! But now my body is killing lmao

Effects

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- Upped the dose a bit more!

Mesomorph/ Creatine Nitrate/ Nitrozine/ STACK!- I can't wait to use this stack + TestatropinV2 + the new product for grappling tourny and a fight, mma training is going to be amazing with this combo! Feb 3rd is my appointment to see the surgeon, hopefully he can give me surgery fast!

great log JD ... keep pushin man !! :)

Today is not even worth logging, ugh... my back felt a little stiff all day, well started my arm workout and on my 3rd warm up set of curls I picked up the weight and my lower back pulled AGAIN!!! This has gotten out of hand, I'm sure it will be very sore for the next couple days so I'm taking the next 2 days off from work. I owner of my gym checked out my back got me to do a bunch of weird stretchs and he thinks it's something more then just the muscle. He told me I should go to this chiropractor that is suposed to be really good, So I'm going to him a Monday when they are open. I really hope he can help because this has really got in the way in the last few months.

I'm hoping I have better news Monday and if my back isn't killing I'll try and get a good Chest workout in.

My wife swears by her chiropractor, and lots of trainers from the local gyms go to him. I hope he's able to help you, but IMO there are lifestyle changes that you'll need to make.

For example, he took an x-ray of my hips and showed they were off alignment. I usually put most of my weight on my right leg when I stand around. Well, now I make a conscious effort to distribute my weight evenly and most of my hip problems are going away.

Either way, hope your back feels better soon!

Sry to hear JD .. :( Hopefully he can fix you up quick and you can get back to it ... heal fast...
