seriously, i went from 260 18 months ago down to 200 in december, and never gave up cheat meals. now i am at 212 and stronger than i was at 260. cheat meals are neccessary, imo.
 
DAMN!!! That's one hell of a cut!!!!

it was a long cut-i had to cut weight because of arthritis, just couldn't carry that kind of weight anymore. i feel great!!!! i am doing things at 52 i wasn't doing at 40. stronger too.

thank you, i appreciate it.

i have always been a big guy, this is the lowest i have weighed since high school. really nice to be able to lift big even at this lower weight. last time i did a stress test, my doc was amazed at my fitness level, and since starting test cyp i feel unstopable.

Forgot my damn VersaGrips lol, Great workout tho, don't know how I mangaged to get more reps with 125lbs db rows without versa grips this week, I can't wait to try it next week, def going to get another PR, I'm going for 20 reps next! Damn triceps are a bit sore still, but will do Chest tomorrow anyways.


Effects
DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- Strength seems to be up! Noticing the Dream effects from Triazole kicking in.

Mesomorph- I prefer 1 level scoop over a rounded scoop of Mesomorph, it's very strong stuff and 1 level scoop seems to be my sweet spot, but on days I want to sweat more I'll take a rounded scoop:)

Creatine Nitrate- OK GUYS! I took 6 caps with the Meso which = 8 caps/3g's worth of Creatine Nitrate and I like 4 caps with meso over 6 caps, I found the pump was still really good, but no better then 4 caps. I believe this is my sweet spot as 8 caps is Milas sweet spot. I didn't feel any sides dosing that high but just feel for me 4 caps with Meso gives me the best effects!

Protocol- Getting low dosing it 3 times a day, need to order some more Monday.

RPG bcaa- Wow this stuff ran out fast, but I took 6 scoop Sat and sun, overall I found it's a great BCAA mix, taste wasn't bad and mixes great, I would recommend this to anyone wanting a bcaa supp. Now Hopefully AX's bcaa drink gets here soon:D

Slin Sane- After dosing and getting carbs into me I see a pretty good increase in Vascularity, seems to be even with P-slin.





 
try emptying the creatine nitrate caps into the meso-it hit me faster and harder.

btw i got better results with 6 caps c/n and meso, but the doms are a real beatch. i love the results but the soreness really sucks, lol. no matter- the results are worth every bit of the pain-no pain, no gain......

One thing I've noticed is it hits harder and lasts longer when I eat a grapefruit about 30 minutes prior to taking

This is so true. I was honestly just thinking before the holidays "man, I wish I could feel these workouts like I used to." Then BAM, Creatine Nitrate all up in this bish making me sore after every workout!

Effects

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- I think I'm gonna cut this 8 week stack short and do 7 weeks and up the dose of Androhard to 8ml a day as thats what I've been doing the last 2 days.

Mesomorph- Yup 1 level scoop is perfect for me, energy hasn't gone down what so ever and I'm 3/4ths into my second tub.

Nitrozine- did 8 caps pre and 1 cap post. Pumps can't get much better on Creatine Nitrate, but Vascularity has increased a bit more adding this in, super excited how this continues to work.

Creatine Nitrate- 4 caps seems to work amazing for me as well, def my sweet spot.

Protocol- Need to get some more soon!

Slin Sane- Still doing it's thing:)

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- upped the dose today, going to do do this stack for 7 weeks instead of 8.

Dextrose- Really been upseting the stomach everytime I take dextrose so will not be taking this anymore, will stick to some natural orange juice post workout instead.

Acupuncturists did wonders for me when I had my slip disc injury. You hear Fedor is calling for an Olympic Style drug test on Overeem for the upcoming tournament? I think the idea in of itself is warranted, but the timing is very M1'ish.

Amazing, Just freaking amazing, can't believe how good of a workout I had today, it just CRAZY!!!
Could not have went any better, couldn't believe how strong my triceps felt, never done that good on pushdowns, maxed out pushdowns and added 35lbs in weights on it! My arms were crazy pumped, unreal!


Effects

DermacrineLV/Androhard/ Triazole- Upped doses, One thing I noticed is I got a couple nights of sweats when I first started this stack then it went away, but for the last 2 nights now I've had sweats again, I'll update on this and see how that goes, other then that adding on some nice muscle and strength! Libido through the roof... For the last about 3 days I have felt really sleepy, may be from night sweats but once I take the Mesomorph it's all good again:)

Mesomorph/ Creatine Nitrate/ Nitrozine/ Plasmagen Nitrate STACK!- Best Natural stack on the PLANET!!! Pumps were unreal, also have to say I really felt the increase in muscle endurance from the Nitrozine, just unreal! Mesomorph is still kicking ass, added some Plasmagen Nitrate, only 4 caps but WOW!!!

Thanks Milas! I always found my arms to be my strong point. My workout buddy Lance is lifting more then me with biceps now, he got 70's for 8 reps each side 2 days ago :O, can't believe how much size he put on, hes my height and 200lbs soild very low bf, as much bodyfat as I have at 170 lol

Def great motivater training with someone stronger then you, he seems to have about 10 pounds on all his lifts compared to me so we are def being competitive in the gym :D
 
K my quads were so pumped with the 16 super sets that I was feeling crazy painfull pumps....my quads have a bunch of bruises on them now LOL

Really, you could bring your MyoTape or cloth tape to the gym, or just keep flexing!

It was quite exciting to see the difference. 1.25" before/after difference for me, feels good a couple days later even.

hmmm. my pump seems to last no matter what. i use nifs for my full body circuit workouts-they have hundreds of different machines. but i have accumulated a lot of eguiptment over the years-my basement IS a gym, lol.
