Looking for a partner, not gonna be working out again till Monday since I'm going boarding, I'm 6'4 210 I have a little bit of chubs but definitely a good amount of bulk I could put on... I need a pahtnuh.

Here is a good example of what to do:

- Newpaper is visible / newspaper headline readable in all shots
- Camera is focused / high quality enough to see vascularity / muscle definition
- Before outfit similar / same as after outfit
- BEFORE POSES ARE THE SAME AS AFTER POSES
- THE MORE CONFIDENT YOU ARE, THAT YOU MADE AN AWESOME TRANSFORMATION... THE MORE PHOTOS YOU SHOULD SEND (BEFORE and AFTER) !!! It will only HELP you, not HURT you !!!

(YES, we have had people lose contests at least partially because of not following the above common sense)

Note: You are not limited to ONLY these poses, the POINT is that your BEFORE and AFTER poses MATCH up FOR COMPARISON by the judges.
 
will the winners picture, or any pictures, be posted online with there face showing. Cause people won't get off my nuts if they find me on forums! You know what I mean?

Wow, a year? Jesus! :smokin:

I spent a couple weeks making myself fat and atrophied. A diet ~15,000 calories and almost zero movement from my computer chair produced nice results.

I'll start my team thread soon and you can see what I mean. :D

Yeah, long story, but that's the longest I've ever been out. Got the ok from the Doc a few weeks ago, saw this thread and was like "Here's my motivation and my accountability!" It's been a hard week back too, let me tell ya.........

I sent my pics in was going to try and send a pic of just the newspaper to really be able to see it, but verizon wireless' webpage is down.
