I still take all 3 personally. If I would drop 1 it would be whey but always nice to get the extra protein help (especially with breakfast where I consume the majority of my carbs). Days off are when the body rebuilds itself.
The products you mentioned are staples - you can use them on non-training days as well as training days (although, you could not use the BCAA and Whey and just make sure you eat a lot of protein). I personally use ALL of my supplements DAILY, regardless of what they are, and that's how most are generally supposed to be used.
