Got blood work back from my doc and was diagnosed with 295 T levels I am 40 and had chemo as a kid soooo. I am meeting with a fertility doc and was wondering is there anything I should specifically ask for cream/patch?? Ive been working out 3 years and have really stalled and not had any fat loss. Im at 225 and 5'9 w a ok build. In the event I get a "just live with it" what would you recommend taking as a T booster supp???

pink magic. used it as a t-booster a few months ago and it worked awesome. I am only 21....but it was by far the best Test booster i have taken.

Well what's the deal with the fertility doc, are you having trouble having kids??? If so just follow their instructions to get your sperm count up etc.

Otherwise if you are trying to get T up naturally t-boosters may be a waste of money for the temporary effects, would you consider TRT if a doctor proposed this?

I am just curious, at 21, just how many test boosters have you taken? BTW, welcome to AM.

If you wish to increase test and your doc wont give you HRT/TRT, i would use DAA with a mild estrogen blocker, 7 methoxy/DIM to be on the safer side...there are no long term over the counter solutions however

Talk it out with your doctor. Some doctors realize its not just about the numbers its about how you feel. Discuss treatment options. Explain you are going to them because you are seeking treatment because you feel you would be much happer with higher testosterone. Thats my 2 cents at least. Honesty ftw

Does it effect you? If it's not causing to loose the quality that some people loose than don't worry about it.

i would seek trt honestly

Why spend money if it's not effecting his quality of life?

clomid would be the best choice for getting your wife/gf pregnant. in some guys it has jump started test production back to normal levels.

trt is a great option long term, but if you are interested in having a kid then go with the clomid 1st. trt will make sperm count drop.

OP - is your goal to improve your physique and general feeling of well-being or to knock up your lady? If the former then TRT is the way to go. If the latter, stay away from TRT and get on a SERM to up that testicular function. As for me, I can't wait to go on TRT - finally no more PCT!

well doc recommended Arimidex to lower E and as a result raise T. Kids are no longer a option/concern as my wifes 44. I got a call w him tomorrow. Any other questions I should ask? would TRT help me loose weight or BF and feel " better"more that Arimidex would. Very confusing
