10 mg dbol...

ok some people hate this and some people believe in it... so I will put this to the test and see what gains I get from it...
I got tones of dbol laying around so Im going to put it to work.
going for the 10 mg am once a day...
in the past got some good gains out of it with 30 mg a day.
my starting weight is 168....
not going to count calories cause it bored the **** out of me, but I know what I eat. protein will be at least 200grm a day...
not sure how long I will do this, I guess it all depends on my results week by week...
will keep you guys posted...
ain't doing a log, just will put my weight and some before and after pics...

Isn't that a low dose? Or is that what your going for. I would think 30 or 40 would be optimal. Even heard great results at 50 per day.

Lol, that was advice, not criticism. Thats why I asked if thats what he was going for.. a low dose run.
 
Its called bridging people, its usually used during pct...i posted a thread awhile back about how and why it is used...check it out..

If your trying to apologize Pipes than I accept.

And to boricuarage I think your going to get fed up and raise the dose eventually. The first time i took d-bol i faithfully took 25 mgs a day for 2 weeks and noticed nothing, I got fed up and upped the dose to 40mgs and the very next day my weight(probably water but whatever it felt good))and strength shot up. I think the sweet spot is 40-50mgs for me anyway..But Good LUCK give it a try
 
No one would EVER run 100mgs a day of this stuff............ right? ;)

I am a little skeptical of its use in Bridging/PCT not causing suppression, even a nominal amount of suppression would be counterproductive and counter-intuitive to the principle goal of keeping endogenous hormones normalized/elevated between cycles.

You can always be one to change the game. It's a low dose and im not sure I'd use it in PCT but if youre gonna log it Im sure as hell gonna follow

ok I think I ****ed up this morning and took dbol on an empty stomach and then a scoop of no xplode. I think I should neg rep myslef for that one.. cause I feel like stir fried **** rght now..
it was 630 in the morning and wasn't thinknh straight
tomorrow I take with a protein shake and no NO xplode...

Seriously... my doctor thinks an anabolic steroid is cortisone, if I said Methandrostenolone in his office he'd quickly jot down some scribbled on his note pad and look at me like I needed to be refereed to a psychologist!

well after 2 days, I'm stopping this because I got some fuked up sleeping patterns and diet all ****ed up and gym time due to my 3 week old son...I be lucky to go to gym 3 times a week, but I'm doing half a gallon of milk a day for about a month see how that works out ;-)....

3 week old son.Congratulations.That's Awesome.You got your priorities right.Family comes first,there will be plenty of time for the gym Bro.
 
Thats alot of milk, you goin with whole, 2% or skim? I would also check into that, I'm pretty sure too much milk can make you sick, something about the body can only process so much of it I think.. I can't be certain but that does sound like alot. Grats on your third man.

on day 5 with the milk and so far so good... some people do GOMAD......
I want to keep this up till I get my triple crown stack and then I just do at least one a day with protein shake...my stack should be here in about 2 weeks...FTW
 
I'm thinking if I should take dbol while on this stack. I bet erase can help with the water retention or just take dbol for 2 weeks and then Start my stack.
