How many of you guys play Basketball for cardio? Or anything other than running, for that matter. I personally do little-to-no cardio because I'm either too tired from the actual workout or they're all taken by freaking old people... I could be more defined in my stomach, but I just hate cardio so much
I saw a white guy teaching a black guy how to shoot hoops... not gonna lie, it pretty much made my day.
I lift for cardio!!
Seriously, I do. Years of being a giant fatty before all this left me with bad knees and feet so flat they'll suction cup off the floor WITH socks on. Running isn't an option, but walking is. Mostly I life high rep sets and really minimize rest periods. Seems to work ok. Besides, I'm not in a big hurry.![]()
lol Thanks. I cover the belly up pretty well.well it seems to be working for you......but you are still a giant.:sly:

The amount of cardio I used to do would kill me now. I used to run about 15 miles a week, spar 15-20 rounds, grapple for 2-3 hours, and do 15, 5-minute rounds of conditioning per week on top of lifting.
aah dokken-they did a great remake of a favorite oldie of mine by emerson lake and palmer-from the beginning.
THE NEW POSTS BUTTON IS BACK!!!! I'M FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm glad that the search function is back so that I could do rep evaluations this morning! Yeah, dork... And yeah, I do that. (tight ship at AX!) :lol:Wow this means we might actually have some activity on AM again![]()

Pink Floyd - Comfortably NumbO. K.
Just a little pin prick.
There'll be no more aaaaaaaaah!
But you may feel a little sick.
Can you stand up?
I do believe its working good.
That'll keep you going through the show
Come on it's time to go.
There is no pain you are receding
A distant ship, smoke on the horizon.
You are only coming through in waves.
Your lips move but I can't hear what you're saying.
When I was a child
I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
The child is grown,
The dream is gone.
I have become comfortably numb
Hell, lets even move into the early 80s
Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb
Queensryche said:I looked back once
And all I saw was his face
Smiling, the needle crying
Walking out of his room
With mirrors, afraid I heard him scream
You'll never get away
Cold and shaking
I crawled down alleys to try
And scrape away the tracks that marked me
Slammed my face into walls of concrete
I stared, amazed at the words written on the wall
Don't ever trust
Don't ever trust the needle, it lies
Don't ever trust
Don't ever trust the needle when it cries...
Cries your name
Wet and raving
The needle keeps calling me back
To bloody my hands forever
Carved my cure with the blade
That left me in scars
Now every time I'm weak
Words scream from my arm
or the 90s...
Bunch of haters, I actually like that Far East song.
Yup. I'm just gonna go ahead and leave this right here...

Goldfinger? Wow, probably been a good 5 or 6 years since I've listened to them. Thanks for the nostalgia bomb Easy.
hahaha-in the 80's i remember my 'disco sucks' t-shirt. thankfully the disco craze died.
do i need to get a 'rap sucks' t-shirt? yes, indeed.
i hate f'ing rap
LONG LIVE ROCK AND ROLL.
IT'S BETTER TO BURN OUT THAN FADE AWAY................
Rap = Suck :trout:
In the 80s, I was listening to 80s music, but mostly 1780s to 1880s! I grew up playing classical violin back then and that's where my interests fell. I caught up to the 80s after the 90s when I transitioned into grunge, then metal. Now I just wear black clothes all the time. :dunno:irate:
i know there are things i hate more than rap-i just can't think of any right now
nothing pisses a young punk listening to rap off more than pointing your finger at him and laughing.
f'ing wannabe's-geezus, grow the f up.
i know there are things i hate more than rap-i just can't think of any right now
Dude you played violin? That doesn't seem possible do they make them in xxl?
Haters.
Outside of Twilight fans, there's not much more that I hate than hip hop.
DUDE... WTF?!?!??!
:dump:
Huh??? Goldfinger??? James Bond - Duran Duran Connection: Duran Duran sang the theme for "A View to a Kill", NOT Goldfinger (Shirley Basey). Goldfinger starred Gert Frobe, while AVtaK starred Christopher Walken. One of Walken's most famous comedy bits was the "more cowbell" sketch on SNL where played Bruce ****inson (Iron Maiden) coaching Blue Oyster Cult. Did BOC ever tour with Duran Duran? Doubt it. Doubt either of em toured with Maiden, either.
  :lol:Uh...er...um.....14....14 name drops...plus 10....minus 1....23!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
