I started FST-7 training actually. It is really interesting. My workouts normally are around 45-1 hour but now they have become 1-1.2 hours.

Look at my log and if you feel I should delete or add let me know. I did a test run last week and each wokout lasted me 1 hour 20 minutes vs my usual 30-45 minute workout

I will check back monday at the leasing office. I am done rapping up my current log. So far my prizes have come from CL and AX but thats it so far and even thouse were sitting in the office for 4 days since my name was not on it.
