Couldn't train today, and I am swamped right now. I will post up more tomorrow guys, I am just really tired right now.

Weight is 315.4
 
Boladrol gains vs. superdrol gains

Wow another great workout. I'm loving Boladrol, I feel great, a little lethargic. Noticed today that testicular atrophy is taking place. SD, and m1t knocked me out within days, boladrol is giving similar gains if not better, without such severe sides. I will say though that for me boladrol is rough on my bp, I didn't have this issue with sd, or m1t.


So you are taking 4 mg a day of boladrol. How would the mass and strength gains compare to 30mg a day of superdrol? How would 4 mg of Boladrol compare to 30 and or 50mg of phera?? Any info would be appreciated.

Didn't train yesterday so I hit up some shoulders, and a little leg work today:

Today's notes:
Lethargy has really kicked in the last couple of days. I am definitely shut down pretty hard. Libido is pretty much gone. So this feels equivalent to the 2-3 week on SD, or m1t. My strength is going up, but at this point I would say less than SD, and certainly less than m1t would have at this point. Really though it's still too soon to say as I haven't even begun the third week yet, it's only been around 12 days or so. Weight gain has started to slow, but this may just be that I need to bump my cals again. I am almost out of the first bottle, and at this point I don't have another one to start.

at this point I would say 4mgs is equivalent to 20mgs of SD, I am thinking 6mgs of Boladrol will give similar gains as 30mgs of SD if not exceed it. Phera for me was great, but not as strong as Boladrol in terms of rapid weight gain and sides. Phera is still my favorite designer, I felt great on that stuff, and got good gains.

The lethargy took longer to show up, but it is as strong as m1t was now. As far as gains they are similar in weight gain, but m1t had more of an impact on strength. I am just now getting into the third week though. I would imagine 6mgs of Boladrol will be as strong or stronger than 30mgs of SD, and 15-25mgs of m1t. jmo so far

I will put it this way, and be aware I haven't been on long enough to be completely correct about this, but I think 6mgs of Boladrol would give similar if not better weight gains than SD at 30mgs, and equal or exceed strength gains from 15-25mgs of M1t.

This is EXACTLY what I've seen the last couple days.

The fact is I've not hit the scale to see my actual weight the last 2 days although I have seen considerable leaning out and hadn't gained anything between monday and thursday (although activity level throughout the day increased with moving and working on the car) funny how ibe had asked if I had seen any fat loss and like that it seems its happening....

Wondering what the alpha testers saw all the way through or if any did a 4 week run not just 2 week runs...

Great workout feeling strong, I think last week of cycle I will test a new max on bench, hopefully I can hit 600 touch and go. Recovery is fantastic, no doms even with the increased volume, and ready to go soon after sets are finished. Endurance is up to, can push through reps without a problem. Loving boladrol in the gym, on the scale, and in the mirror.

GL on the 600 bench that's impressive stuff.

With your weight, I would bet 6mgs would be the sweet spot for this maybe 7. Thanks for the informative log, you and poops have really added to our knowledge of this new PS! You guys ROCK!!!

I feel you on the training. I've been lifting since I was 9 and am now 49. I agree with you on the crazy weights trying to max and the repercussions down the line with injuries. Almost everyone I know who has lifted serious weights for a long time has some kind of injury. I wish I could impart this to the young people but I know how I was when I was young and testing my limits!

What day are yon at now? Glad you are loving it, this stuff is definitely impressive from what I have seen. I have seen some first hand gains from this and it surprised me.
 
14 days, the first 2 days at 2mgs, then realized I read the dosing protocol wrong and have been at 4mgs since. I am almost out, and am hoping my next bottle gets here soon.

Man oh man you gained a lot of weight for dosing it that low at your weight! I mean to gain 10 lbs in two weeks when dosing too low the first 3 days is incredible. Many times people at your size have problems with intermediate-dosed PH/DS.

How is your mood on this stuff?

What about leaning effects thus far?

Ya that's typical for me, I am already genetically blessed (not trying to brag) so it seems when running a hormone I just respond really well. I have had good gains low dosing others as well. I have to say though Boladrol has put weight on me quick, so did SD.

Mood is great, similar to a strong androgen in as far as energy in the weight room. I also have the typical feel good feeling all day which I tend to get from more anabolic hormones like m14add. Aggression is very noticeable. Lethargy is bad, IF calories are not sufficient to gains. What I mean is M1T regardless of how much you ate, or used stims, the lethargy was severe. The only thing that mitigated the lethargy on M1T was a test base, due to severe suppression. However I noticed a significant change in energy on Boladrol as long as my calories were sufficient.

As far as leaning out, it took about 10-12 days, but it is becoming very effective in this area. Giving what seems an elevated sed rate, and an increase in sweating even at rest.

Today was back and bi's went a little something like this
Power cleans
70kilos x 3 (had to stop, noticed a slight tweak of pain in my lower back)
Decided to just hit hammer strength machines for the rest of the workout.
seated hammer row
staked for 4 x 12
a different angle on another seated row machine
stacked 3 x 12
wide-grip pull-ups
bw 3 x 8
reverse hypers (done very slow)
bw 2 x 12
seated concentration curl
4 x 12
seated bb preacher
135 x 3 sets of 12

Today's routine sucked. Not because of lack in energy, or strength etc., but as soon as I tweaked my back I wasn't in a good mood. I also didn't want to put too much pressure on my lower back so I kept it low key. I had a severe injury in the past to the lower back, and it was very detrimental. To this day I am effected by it, so if I have any kind of different pain, or feeling in that area I immediately stop or slow down.

Anyway it doesn't seem too bad, but I am off to the chiropractor to get adjusted, and some electrical acupuncture done.
 
Hey man i will cross my fingers hoping your next bottle arrives soon! I would even risk taking a 1-day gap in the cycle if needed to keep going. It's going so well and i want to see how 6mg treats you.
 
Man, sorry to hear about your back, believe me bro I FEEL your pain. Weren't we talking about this subject yesterday? I know it sucks but it's better to err on the side of caution.

Woohoo, that's great. You can't dwell on the negative and believe me there's NOTHING more depressing than when your daily routine is training what DOESN'T hurt TODAY. I've had your injury since '92 so I know all about what you're going thru. Feel free to hit me up for any questions you may have. Anyway, great news can't wait to see the mayhem that's yet to come!!!
