i always bring some fresh tea back when i come back from china....i drink it for a few days and then im back to starbucks.
after about a half year i still have most of it, and then it doesnt really taste the same so i throw it out. nothing like real fresh green tea, but starbucks is my love.
seriously-pm poison about some sort of trade or something. dsade said poison's coffee blows away any other he has tried-and i think dsade is the type to have tried a lot, lol.

i am enjoying lipo protein and agree it is very good value-but i have a complaint. please make the freshness bags that come in it bigger-i ended up getting one in my shake without knowing it, i am fine but would not like to experience this again...
well...that explains why the product is 5.02 pounds. .02 for that freshy packet.

Abstract
The objective of the present study was to compare whole pea flour (WPF) to fractionated pea flour (FPF; hulls only) for their ability to reduce risk factors associated with CVD and diabetes in overweight hypercholesterolaemic individuals. Using a cross-over design, twenty-three hypercholesterolaemic overweight men and women received two-treatment muffins/d containing WPF, FPF or white wheat flour (WF) for 28 d, followed by 28 d washout periods. Daily doses of WPF and FPF complied with the United States Department of Agriculture's recommended level of intake of half a cup of pulses/d (approximately 50 g/d). Dietary energy requirements were calculated for each study subject, and volunteers were only permitted to eat food supplied by the study personnel. Fasting insulin, body composition, urinary enterolactone levels, postprandial glucose response, as well as fasting lipid and glucose concentrations, were assessed at the beginning and at the end of each treatment. Insulin concentrations for WPF (37.8 (sem 3.4) pmol/ml, P = 0.021) and FPF (40.5 (sem 3.4) pmol/ml, P = 0.037) were lower compared with WF (50.7 (sem 3.4) pmol/ml). Insulin homeostasis modelling assessment showed that consumption of WPF and FPF decreased (P < 0.05) estimates of insulin resistance (IR) compared with WF. Android:gynoid fat ratios in women participants were lower (P = 0.027) in the WPF (1.01 (sem 0.01) group compared with the WF group (1.06 (sem 0.01). Urinary enterolactone levels tended to be higher (P = 0.087) in WPF compared with WF. Neither treatment altered circulating fasting lipids or glucose concentrations. In conclusion, under a controlled diet paradigm, a daily consumption of whole and fractionated yellow pea flours at doses equivalent to half a cup of yellow peas/d reduced IR, while WPF reduced android adiposity in women.
No offense but I do not understand how people accidentally consume these things. The packets are longer than the scoop itself. And if you throw it in a shaker or in a blender, you should have no problem seeing it. I can understand if you are preparing your shakes in the dark but I just don't see how people do this lol. again, i am enjoying the lipo protein, but the bag is small and white and matches the color of the vanila. minor inconvenience-all is well.

i has some stomach issues the other day and got me some plain Kefir (liquid yogurt)
i made shakes with it in my blender bottle, and wow it was weird but i really loved it. just used kefir and choco lipo.
i hope it tasted better than it sounds-yuck!
i honestly enjoyed it, it came out as a thick chocolate yogurt shake.
if i wasnt so strict on my diet id make all my shakes with plain Kefir, and a little bit of water.

yeah, and thanks for suggesting that Hemodraulix....it makes me feel like im on steroids....my 45-90 minute mark in my training i have the people in my little gym worried, lol
yeah, when i say Lipotropic is the best bank for your buck i certainly meant it. there are other cheap whey concentrates out there, but i feel this is a superior product in quality and taste.
totally agree about hemodraulix. I've always thought it was underrated.

for pre-workout, im doing
6 hemodraulix (30 minutes pre-workout)
6 sprays Ghenerate (10 minutes pre-workout)
1 IGH-1 cap (10 minutes pre-workout)
1 scoop vpx powershock (15 minutes pre)
3/4 scoop lipotropic (30 minutes pre)
2 stimulant x (20 minutes pre)
it takes about 30-45 minutes for nitrates to kick in, so im finding chucking a shot of powershock pre-workout instead of intra is far more effective. also getting beta-alanine nitrate to make the hemo's beta alanine a bit beefier.
i am only dosing ghenerate am/pm and out of igh1 dammit.

i gotta get even stricter if i want to achieve what i wanna achieve. been there before a decade ago, if i can get my diet to that level i will be in for the victory. its a bit mentally challenging for me. basically i gotta cut some things and get into ketosis for a couple of months.
