Keto Diet

figured I'd let u guys know about what im eating.

Meal 1:
5 whole eggs

Meal 2&3:
8oz 90/10 Ground Beef
2-3 stripes bacon
1/4 cup cheese
ketchup to taste

Meal 4:
8oz 93/7 Ground Turkey
2TBS Safflower Oil

Meal 5:
2 scoops Whey
1TBS Safflower Oil
1TBS Almond Butter

Im super low on whey or else there'd be 1 more shake in there.

Felt so swole 2day at the gym, surprising because its a DC routine. Vascularity is a little improved and my waist is down! I think its the bloat i lost but I have my shorts all tied and today i was walking around with a little gangsta sag haha.

Natty's got me feeling great!
 
Back on a regular diet, now I just have 2 big ass things of bacon and safflower oil I gotta deal with. Have to go grocery shopping too, fell super full again though. I figure since im on the natadrol and its working wonders on my waistline given the mass amounts of carbs I should be good. Diet is more of a DC now, pro/carb and pro/fat meals with very little cross overs

Nice! I like that style of eating. I am doing something similar with my carbs but still having a big carb load day on Saturday just about 600 grams though. I almost wonder if you didn't get a hold of something bad to have you on the crapper all day the day of your carb load. I normally have to go a few times the day after my loading is done but not so much during. For now I am doing carbs like this starting Monday 100, 200, 100, 200, 100, 600, 300 Sunday, carb meals are early and low in fat high in protein on days of 200 the carbs will be 1st 2 meals. Carb up day is all day madness followed by one day at maintenance cals or a little over like 300-500 cals. I don't count the carbs in my nuts, or almonds or any of that. Just the carbs I am taking in specifically as carb sources. Fun stuff!

I went too light on front squats but it was really sh!tty what I got, for me, on my front squats. I wanted 8, so I had to make sure I could get my 20.Was sweating like crazy again but had excellent workout mojo.

I am going to start doing cardio tue/thur/sat mornings now. Im really gonna slam the protein(~400gr) and healthy fats(~125)gr here so just to make sure the waistline stays down, 20-30min LI cardio in the AM def wont hurt.

Legs are toast though and ready to catch some ZZZ's....GHenerate should def help me there ;)
 
DW, I noticed too that when I did low carbs on natadrol, my recovery was awesome...I didnt hitup 10 caps, only 6 but I loved the recovery...

Keep doin your thing!

man those are some insane dipping numbers!!! I strapped 90 for the first time last week and only got a mesely 5... I got some work to do!!!
 
I learned something new about deads this week. It really sucks to do deads + back one day, and then attempt to do quads + hams the next day with no days off inbetween.

Yea it really has been, but even natadrol and 400gr of protein is no match for max effort deads with only 1 day break lol.

Its a little loser after practice 2day, running around in 95degree heat sometimes does wonders. Gonna rest up here a little bit and slam some anadraulic state then hit it.

Oh I ate some McDonalds 2day, I was in a pinch for food. I hadn't ate in about 5hrs and had practice so I went with 3 McDoubles with Mac Sauce....well about 45min later it was pretty bad. Makes me feel good about how awesome my diets been. It tastes good too, feel really bloated now though.

Today was B3, so my first blast in done. Next week we'll try and beat the log book! I'll start the Anadraulic State GT and Anadraulic Pump monday (when PCT starts) I've been teking it right now sparingly when i need energy or whatever. To the workout....

Huge leg pump, I think Im going to change the DB curls for close grip preacher curls. I never really get a good mind muscle contration doing these the DC way. The squats were tough with a sore lower back and no belt. Other than that had a great workout with vasularity, always nice.

Sadly that was my last workout on Natadrol :( full review of the natty coming soon......
 
I've got some caps left over, because i had 3 bottles, any objections to running this natadrol a wee bit longer?

Let's continue the destruction DW! I ran 3 bottles when I was on Natadrol and it kept getting better all the way through the third. I ran it at 8 then 9 the last week, oh what fun it was!
 
Week 6 update

ok im not following that template....sorry just from now on...I will return to it for the final one

Pumps last all day, increased vascularity, increased muscle density and my waist hasnt gone up a bit!

Sleep has been great, recovery has been good but not great. However it is slightly up from past DC blasts vs. going total natural. I've been sweating like crazy during workouts but have the energy to finish. Usually by the end of my DC workouts im limping to my last few sets.

No side effects to note, libido has level'd off, maybe even down a little since bumping to 10caps.

I think the ideal cycle of Natadrol would be used while cutting, I know I'll use it for cutting in the future. 8 weeks would probably be best because i didnt really start seeing a big difference until about week 5 and since then, theyve been awesome. I think 8 caps would suffice but 10 is down right sweetness, however while cutting I think 6-8caps would be an economical cost v. gain place for people.

The increased GH is there also with GHenerate, nails and hair are growing a lot quicker and joints feel good. Could be a reason why my skin has stayed so clear this entire time as well. Ive been noticing an increase in hunger about 15min after my bed time dose as well, but at not other time. could just be because it would be time for me to eat about 45min after dose (if i keep on my eating schedule or 2-3hrs)
 
Great update man! I`m just starting PCT right now and wished i could have been running natadrol for longer.

Um so as you guys can see...I F@!#ed sh!t up 2day in the weight room. I felt awesome today. Last day of Nata tho, I had a huge pump, looked real dense and full, not to mention vasculatiry. Energy was insane too, probably the best a workout could go.
 
DW, what you finishing up with? Excellent run, did you by chance keep weight and bf% #'s throughout?
 
Nice skull crusher numbers brother i forgot and my phone sucks... u running straight formadrol for pct or are u adding more?
 
Weight went from 183.5 to 194lbs. Measurements went up by about a 1/4" everywhere but by Chest, it was up just over 1/2" but my backs gotten a lot wider, which is what i was trying to do!

Waist is the same, just about 31". PUMP'D!!!!!

Strength Gains: Numbers are slightly skew'd bc I had come off from dieting, but if you look through the log the last 2-3 weeks strength really takes off
