solo pstanz log

*** i took the pictures down but will post them back up for comparison at the end of cycle***

so this is going to be my first cycle and im going to attempt to log it the best i can...im not going to be putting up my daily workouts or anything like that but simply give my thoughts on how it is going and provide pictures every week if i see changes. Hopefully i can eat clean enough to maximize the results but its pretty hard cutting eating at the dfac( if anyone has pointers im all ears) also i got a bp monitor so i will update that every few days or so also.

All of your liver protection is not really necessary. You can preload but only if you want. It is not required by any means. Some support supps you might want are

Hawthorne Berry Extract
Celery seed extract
Saw Palmetto

All of these are covered by CEL PCT Assist.

Of course you could go your cycle w/o all this but this is certainly safer. P-stanz is a relatively mild compound especially because of the absense of 17alkalation. I think I heard P-stanz has a half life around 6 hours so take last dose 2 hours before bed.

Great choice, especially concerning your own wellbeing. Too many people jump straight to Superdrol or some other meth.; consider yourself one of the few. :)
 
so took my first dose today but since i only have 9k mgs total i decided to run it 100mgs the first 2 days so everything else will break down even for a full 5 weeks. can i take my cycle support and ph at the same time or should i take it on an empty stomach, today i took my first one as soon as i woke up and then 6 hrs later, the CA w breakfast then 8 hrs later
 
Considering pstanz isn't methylated I would have to suggest taking it with a meal preferably one with a decent fat content (but not an obscene amount of course) so it will help more of it absorb in the gut.

so im on my 4th day and all i can say is i cant wait until im at 300mgs...i can feel my muscles staying firmer longer after a workout and im only doing 150 now
 
to be honest i dont know exactly its to much trouble w dfac food, maint. is around 2700 and im pretty much eating a chicken breast and salad for 2 meals and an omelet and fruit for 1 with a protein shake twice a day and if i want it some random snack throughout the day. what about you have you figured a way to count calories and carbs on dfac food, i know there is a website w all of the stuff supreme offers but i cant find it again

I looked the other day for a nutrition sheet for the Supreme DFAC but i couldn't find one. I don't really count calories anymore, i just eat and eat. I have had trouble gaining weight. I buy snacks and keep them at work to eat inbetween meals, and dig in my company's class I connex.

i thought about trying P-slin a while back but i didnt read to many good reviews buts i could also get 2 bottles of it for the price of 1 n2slin bottle

i didnt know anything about the lower estrogen...is that something that i shouldnt even take into consideration though during pct or should i change my inhibit e dosage from 2/2/2/1 to something else?

It's a mild compound. Your set up is fine as is. :thumbsup:
 
second day at 250mgs, cant really tell much of a difference and not really seeing anything yet but i wasnt expecting to only 9 days into this, i can say that the veins in my forearms are sticking out alot more then before. My bp has only changed from 123/78 pre cycle to 127/81 as of this morning but it feels like my heart is racing for about 15 min a couple of min after i take it. I dont know if its directly from the pstanz or from something in the cycle assist but i have not been able to fall asleep that easy either since i started this
 
I would try to dose most in the first half of the day, it will help with both the sleep and minimize shutdown.... also I wouldn't expect to REALLY "feel" it till week 3... its effects should definately be apparent by then if diet and your routine is spot on
 
i have been taking it 100mg at 630 100mgs at 1200 and 50 at 700 but that last one will be 100mgs next week, i usually try to go to bed around 10 but i always wake up during the night. Like now for example, i went to sleep 4 hrs ago and am wide awake now. Would you suggest 100mgs 150 mgs then 50mgs after this week or could i even bring the doses a little close together so i dont take it close to bed at all
Also could you explain a little about taking it earlier to minimize shutdown, how does when i take it have an effect?
 
Most hormone production is either done or primed during sleep if you take an exogeneous hormone too close to sleep then it will most definately signal the body that it doesn't need to produce any of its own and you'll miss out on any endogeneous production 24 hours at a time speeding up shudown.

That's just the cliff notes its a lot more complex then that but gives you an idea.

I ordered some HGHpro so hopefully it gets here soon and i can see if that helps me sleep like everyone says. It was too good of a deal to pass up the sale for a bottle of HGHpro and TESTpro and a shirt and a bag for like $60, after talking to some other people i also got another bottle of suppress c so i can continue that after pct for another 3 weeks since it can be run for anywhere up to 8 and to hopefully finish off with a really nice toned look. I figure i will just throw in the test pro for that part.
Also did a bf measurement with calipers today and it says im just under 17% but im still at 191lbs
 
so the veins are showing pretty good in my forearms even when im not flexing and i can finally see one that goes from my forearm all the way to my bicep. Quick question though, i have noticed that my left arm if a little bit smaller then my right, my left forearm is a little bit smaller but that is where i see the most veins and my left bicep is growing but its growing flat. would it be best for me to do more single arm bicep workouts and use less weight for my right(bigger) arm and heavier weight for my left (smaller) for a while to try and even them out or just accept that i have unproportional arms, the diff isnt by much and the only reason i know is because i llok at them every day but when i ask other people they say they dont really notice.

my bicep routine is
db curls 4x 7-8 reps
ez bar cable curl 4x 7-8
ss with
ez bar overhand curl 4x 7-8
dont know what they are called but you stand in the middle of two cables shoulder height and do double bi curls


this is pretty much all i have time for but what would you suggest? i was thinking of trying to add in 4 sets of single arm preacher curls any other suggestions
 
I have a similar issue with size differences... the larger they both are overall the smaller the difference bcomes and less noticable it is... so I suggest continuing to work on them both slmost equivically but maybe one more set for the left occasionally as well as just trying to do more normal tasks ambidextrously and use your left arm to whack it..... k just kidding on the last one but I know this helps a lot to just try to favor a given arm through the day especially if you work with your hands or have a physical job
 
last day at 250, did bis today and i really cannot stress how much this stuff helps w vascularity, im not a big guy by any means and have no real "solid" definition in any of my muscles, more of a big bulky look in my arms and legs w little to no veins showing. I went from having just a small vein in my arms to multiple wrapping veins in my arms and a small one in my bi ( even the smaller of the two). I have kicked up the cardio a lot more too so lets see how that helps

I got my hghpro in today so i will be taking that before bed and hopefully its all its cracked up to be because i have been getting around 5-6 hrs of sleep a night. Also stepped up my cardio quite a bit because i have a pt test coming up and im really gunning for a sub 14 two mile.

How much weight have you cut?

I probably almost ate 1500 calories post workout, just now. thanks to the kabob house lol
 
close to 6 lbs, and most of my calories the other day came from half a philly cheese steak from there
 
anyone think it would be beneficial to run suppress c starting with two weeks left and run through and until after pct totaling 6-8 weeks or still start after week one of pct and run for a full 6-8 weeks then.
 
From what i can remember off the top of my head, Cortisol is low while on cycle, and only starts to rebound after about 3 weeks off cycle. I doubt it would hurt anything if you're going to run it for 6-8 weeks starting 2 weeks left though.

I think Resolve has Megadosed an Anti-cort and survived to tell about it :lol:
 
Hey are you guys at KAF? I am looking to get back to the gym next month after I get bvack from vacation. Looking for some advice. I am a contractor here and am looking to lose some belly and build up some muscle. GF says I need to go. i lost aboput 80 pounds a couple years ago so need to tighten up some stomach skin. Did a cycle about a yerar ago and did alright but have been lazy for the last 6 months.

Also in regards to the earlier posts about calorie sheets, there is a catering office behind each dfac, well at least Niagra and Cambridge, where they might have that stuff. Also try the Supreme trailer in front of Niagra. Cant wait til Sudexo takes over. Its got to be better than Supreme.

ill have to check those dfac offices and see if they have one but i doubt they will be much help

must be nice to be going home... and yeah i couldnt agree more with the last part, the nato gym is to "fancy" for me, if i have to worry about how clean my shoes are how am i suppose to focus on what lifts im doing that day.



on a side note, i am on my last day tomorrow, i jumped it up to 400mgs for the last week so i will post a final review of this even though i stopped logging because i hate when i open up logs and there is no final review
 
Closest gym to me is the one over the berm by the Northline dfac. all that stuff used to be 20 feet from my tent but our wonderful camp commander at the time thought the area would be better used for a bunch of bunk beds and sent all the stuff over the hill. have yet to go see the new place but hear it is crowded.

bNugs- r u working civ or mil? Im working as an AF contractor. been here 19 months and come Jan. hope to get signed up for 2 more yrs. The catering office at Cambridge did a cake for me and they were pretty helpful. wouldnt hurt. Independance dfac should be open soon!!!

im military, i didnt even know there was a gym over there, we are moving over to that side when our building is finished in a month or so. where exactly is it? and holy **** man 19 months, i would go crazy
 
If you are over by M*****g ramp you will be close. if you park in the dirt lot by Camp D***s there are stairs going over the berm and it is right there in a tent. If you are moving into the new building down the street from the Northline dfac, we are doing the comm. Ill PM you my Roshan
 
ok so final review of this..

did my cycle as planned except for the last week insteand of 300 i did 450. i had no sides, no acne, headaches, shutdown or bp problems. I dropped 14lbs eating around 1500cals and not eating clean at all. I also increased my lifts on pretty much everything by 10-15 lbs but that could just be because i had never thought to try more weight before. the veins in my arms pop out after a warmup set and i was never really sore at all.

I am 3 days into pct and the only thing i noticed today is that my nips are itching pretty bad all day, i am using inhibit e and had planned on running 2/2/2/1 but because i got a little worried about how much they itched i thing im going to order some erase or formastanzol just to be safe.
Anyone think that if i just up the inhibit e to 3/2/2/1 that i should be ok.
 
Good job on dropping the weight man.

Although i don't like inhibit-e, i would jump to 3 caps initially. I started taking erase @ 1 cap on cycle because i was actually experiencing itchy nips on cycle.
 
Really you need a serm not a simple ai.

I wouldn't play around with an ai only post cycle....

I would also add a test booster to speed testosterone production.

I would look at sustain alpha if your living on base or anywhere that could get you questioned for obtaining a decent serm as it has resverstrol in it, a phyto serm, and a test booster as well.

The entire trs stack would be best for all around pct coverage (cortisol, test production, estrogen modulation and gh production to help maintain gains), but if your tight on money then the sustain alone should suffice.

Personally I wouldn't have left my pct so thin, its much better to over do it then not, you want to keep your gains, not wind up worse off then started.

yeah true, but i took 3 caps just the day they were itching and they stopped not much more then 1hr later. i have gone back down to 2 since then. i also am taking testopro as a test booster and as far as gains i didnt really see many and i was running this to try and keep the muscle i had while eating only 1500cals a day so if i lose a little im not to worried. over all i think im fine now though
