Took the weekend off again but diet was still spot on. I will be training back tomorrow, im gonna murder it!!!
 
Got in tonight and murked the back!!! Pump and mind muscle connection were there big time!! Diets been spot on as well.

Tomorrow is chest day and i plan to murk it like i always do!!!
 
You are doing awesome man, doesn't it feel great having a spot on diet? Life is good.

It does brother it does. Dieting sucks, not that i hate the food but i hate the hunger. If i could just find something that worked for blunting the appetite id be stoked. But nothing i have used has worked for longer then a week. Oh well, i guess thats where the military discipline is supposed to kick in eh? :bigok:
 
lol, I've used supressor tabs from EST before and they were decent at blunting appetite. Usually water, chewing gum helps, but if I have a whey shake I'm MORE hungry.

Thats exactly how i am it seems. Drinkin a shake to try and suppress it and all hell breaks loose. Ravenous doesnt even describe it lol.
 
I've noticed the same thing. When I get hungry if I try and drink a lot of water to subside the hunger pains, I just get even hungrier. The only thing that has ever worked for me regarding supressing hunger is ECA stack.

Alright broski's, got in tonight and murdered the chest!! Vascularity and mind muscle connection were great again, gotta love it!

Im thinkin of what to run next as far as a test booster stack goes after my Tforce runs out.. Ill probly take about 2-3 weeks off after the Tforce and run MNs new testforce. Not sure yet, got a good bit to think about it though.

Tomorrow is a carb up day and its leg day, got a new leg workout im gonna do, its pretty much what ive been doin but im gonna put a little twist to it!

Diet is still locked n ****ed!! Carbed up today a little bit, Took in probly 180-200gms carbs today which for me is a good bit.

KILLEDDDD legs too so i know they will be aching tomorrow morning!!!

i know what you mean-had the grandkids over for the weekend-aaaargh, tough to watch what you eat with the rugrats around, lol. but i wouldn't trade my time with them for nothing!!!:veryhappy:

Oh i do brother, being away from her right now is already hard and when i see her after a couple months she just grows so much and is doing new things and all kinds of stuff.

Ddefinately brother definately. I have an off base membership even though i can go for free on base lol. I just love the atmosphere so much more!

Got in and murdered it tonight, very pleased with how things are going, finaly in a groove with diet and training. Good things to come my friends!
 
Diet is still on point! Im in such a groove right now its awesome. Training wasnt there today, just wasnt feelin it, but diets on lock and will continue to stay that way!

Shredded is in my future!

A little update for everyone, before my carbup today i was 178.8 vascularity is coming up and lower back and ab fat is sloowwllyy but surely fading away.


So i got signed up for the flag football team for my shop by another crew to play for them like i said. So today we scrimaged and it was 7 on 10, just total domination for us. I myself threw 3 touchdowns, caught 3 touchdowns, and had 4 interceptions. It was quite fun, along with lighting up a couple people on the opposing team! They had never seen me play before and just knew i played football in my earlier teen years, so they were pretty stoked to see ive got a cannon for an arm and some good hands to go with!

Anyways thats what i did for cardio today, then got in and hit upper chest and murdered arms. Pump was poppinnnnn!!

Then had a nice cheat meal/carb up. Things are looking good, i figure if things keep going as good as they are ive got about 10 weeks to go till im in shred city, and thats taking things nniicceeee n slow.
 
I think the only reason why i love cardio is because i smoke for a long time and it eases the mind to know its benefiting my overall health or something

i loved playing football when i was younger-now i just watch it on tv, lol.
