lol, I've used supressor tabs from EST before and they were decent at blunting appetite. Usually water, chewing gum helps, but if I have a whey shake I'm MORE hungry.

Alright broski's, got in tonight and murdered the chest!! Vascularity and mind muscle connection were great again, gotta love it!
Im thinkin of what to run next as far as a test booster stack goes after my Tforce runs out.. Ill probly take about 2-3 weeks off after the Tforce and run MNs new testforce. Not sure yet, got a good bit to think about it though.
Tomorrow is a carb up day and its leg day, got a new leg workout im gonna do, its pretty much what ive been doin but im gonna put a little twist to it!

i know what you mean-had the grandkids over for the weekend-aaaargh, tough to watch what you eat with the rugrats around, lol. but i wouldn't trade my time with them for nothing!!!:veryhappy:

I think the only reason why i love cardio is because i smoke for a long time and it eases the mind to know its benefiting my overall health or something

A little update for everyone, before my carbup today i was 178.8 vascularity is coming up and lower back and ab fat is sloowwllyy but surely fading away.
So i got signed up for the flag football team for my shop by another crew to play for them like i said. So today we scrimaged and it was 7 on 10, just total domination for us. I myself threw 3 touchdowns, caught 3 touchdowns, and had 4 interceptions. It was quite fun, along with lighting up a couple people on the opposing team! They had never seen me play before and just knew i played football in my earlier teen years, so they were pretty stoked to see ive got a cannon for an arm and some good hands to go with!
Anyways thats what i did for cardio today, then got in and hit upper chest and murdered arms. Pump was poppinnnnn!!
Then had a nice cheat meal/carb up. Things are looking good, i figure if things keep going as good as they are ive got about 10 weeks to go till im in shred city, and thats taking things nniicceeee n slow.
i loved playing football when i was younger-now i just watch it on tv, lol.
