Im thinking of squating again soon. I tried about a month ago, and my knee said NO! But I feel my knee getting stronger especially on leg ext. I usually always have a small, I dont want to call it pain, But I know theres something there. But today I felt pretty solid.
I want to invest in those heavy duty powerlifting knee braces. The ones that go from like mid thigh all the way down to mid calf. Ive tried a wrap but, it was too short. I need to invest in some good wrap too.

are your legs a strong body part?
I know Chris Aceto recommends for really strong body parts train them half as much as the others, and train the weak ones two times as much.

My legs dwarf the rest of my body. Tcups are Front raises and side raises run together. so yo do a front then a side which makes one rep.
