Yesterday I shot 500mg Decca! Front load FTW!

On a semi-related note: I began my Blast (Testosterone) Sunday. I am coupling it with AndroHard-LV. After this Blast, I will Cruise for a few months then hit my Deca-Durabolin / Dianabol cycle that may or may not end with Stanozolol (depends on how well the first pahse goes). I just received all of it, plus all of my ancillaries with hCG. Mmmmm mmm mmm, sounds scrumptiously sexy! The cycle will start around October; I will be logging it, which should be a fun ride.

From all that I've read on Deca, you guys are gonna love how that shit makes your joints feel. All nice and lubed up. I'd really push for a strength-building phase while running that to take advantage of those benefits.

I think you should include some Test-E with that Deca to avoid the "deca-dick" syndrome. Even though Dianabol will make you horny as all Hel, it may not be enough to offset the limp-noodle crisis from the Deca. You can run a low dose of Test to avert it. Only 300mg per week would suffice.

Thought I would mention that I started Prami and Adex last night, Im almost out of letro so I decided to make the switch. Dunno if this is placebo but I was having random boners last night and this morning, I am tired as $hit today.

I'm doing 300mg. of Cyp per week for 10 week cruises and then 10 weeks of blasting fun with 500mg weekly of Cyp with 100mg. of Prop EOD and some orals tossed in the first 4 to 6 weeks. Fun times!!!:fest30:

From what ive rea DD is hit or miss and varies person to person,

ultimately comes down to genetics, like Mat said he has exp with the Deca and its not a problem for him. This is just one of those things your gonna have to learn with by experience and see how your body reacts.

Im def gonna include that or NPP in my next cycle and hope the boys play along and just to make sure ill be including Proviron and HCG, i like the idea of lubed up joints for the winter :veryhappy:

Deca-Durabolin makes me feel as if I am a new person with regards to my joints, etc. Trust me when I say that I have been put back together more times than a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 carburetor that is driven in the desert! I need all the help that I can get.

And since I can no longer post any pictures of hot babes in tiny thongs (semi self-impossed), you will have to settle for this bad ass song by Witchery with King of Slayer. And second up, Heaven Shall Burn (brutal triple kick-pedal action). The message of the song is pretty on point with what is going on nowadays with our kids.

what the hell, nice improvements. Bi's improved big time, so did your delts, major middle traps detail, you've got a whole new sweep at your teres muscles right at the upper lats, your lats protrude more and you have protrusion at the spinal erectors where there was basically none before.

These are no small improvements.
 
How you gonna run it man? You should log it, or at least update progress in my log. Im on prami and the stuff is making me tired as hell.
I been researching it a bit and this is a noted side effect. HI recommends really low doses. There's a thread over there now about it.

Thanks, that means alot brutha! I have big plans for this winter bulk, I plan on hitting 235+ lbs(16-20% bf) this next year.

I was reading the thread your speaking of, I am going to just dose it at night for now. What dose are you gonna run the deca at? How much test? There is a thread on here that tells you how to get blood work done for like $50 and it doesn't use your insurance.

Bloodwork is not an issue for me luckily.

Test 750-1g/wk
Deca 300-400wk

Nice and simple.

Hate to do it, but I'm going to go get in the pool, bud. There's a chance that I may even drink a beer or 12. :)

Looks like a good cycle! I like the 1g of Test and 400mg deca better though. Also the 12 beers sounds better than the 1 beer. More is better don't you know, all this $hit is dose dependent, the more you use the better the results haha

Thanks TG, now lets see what deca can help me do. I shot a total of 1000mg deca this week! Next week will be 500-750mg and then I will drop it to 375mg ew and titrate upwards as I go.

typically when uve bulked in the past what has been ur level of cardio? do you intend to keep up the same level of cardio during this bulk phase as you did in the first stage of this cycle?

This is a really good question Ed, Ive been thinking on this lately. The first bulks I ever did were done with terrible diet and no cardio. March of 2009 I started cutting and kept cutting until I was very lean, when I started to bulk up again I ran my first cycle of Test dbol and I kept cardio in play most of the time through that bulk, but it staggered back down to zero and I started putting on fat again. So I cut weight again this year(the cut I was coming out of when I started this cycle up) and I plan to do things differently than I ever have before.
This time I want to keep cardio in play the whole time through, I want my cardio sessions to be just as intense, but less frequency. Instead of riding every night, I will ride 2-3 days a week and maybe throw in a brisk walk on the treadmill every so often.
I am already anticipating a good bit of fat gain from here on out, Ive added too many extra cals and cut down on cardio too much not to put on some fat. This is ok I guess, because I have a killer cut planned for next spring :deal:

This is my typical daily food intake

Meal #1
100-105g whole wheat sourdough toast w/ strawbery jelly or 4 slices whole grain omega bread w/ same jelly
2 fried eggs
1 cup low fat cottage sweetened w/ splenda/equal w/ just over 1 serving mixed in with it(1 serving of this natty peanut butter is 32g but I use around 45-50g cause it tastes so dam good lol)
1 banana or some other fruit

1-1.5 hours later I work out

About 30 min after lifting I consume a shake comprised of: 2 cups fat free milk and 1 scoop chocolate nutrapro. Sometime I will have a small peice of fruit as well, but not often

Meal #2 Post w/o meal
1 cup of brown rice w/ 1/2 serving agave sweetener and some splenda/equal and Cinnamon.
8+oz BBQ chicken breast
1 large nectarine and a red plum

Meal #3 same as meal #2

Meal #4
1/2lb salmon(cheap salmon patties that are 1/4lb each) doused in hot sauce
8oz broccoli

Meal#5
1.5 cups fat free cottage cheese sweetened w/ splenda/equal w/ about 45-50g natty PB mixed in with it. This $hit is so delicious!

I do not know the total calorie or macro breakdown, but I do know this is enough food for me to grow.

Haha! Yeah I keep hearing that from everyone these days, Im thinking of rockin' a fo-hawk or something like that haha. Yes Im front loading it cause Im inpatient, I'll let you know how it goes.

Lol ok I thought thats what you were talking about but wasn't sure. I find it easier for me to just do 30-45min brisk walks vs. 15-20 minutes of HITT, the HIIT route may be more effective but I can't stick with it very long.
