opinion on pulsing mdol for 8 weeks?

I pulsed M-Drol at up to 30 mg for 6 weeks, taking it 3 times per week on workout days. I had very little sides, and I am a fan of pulsing. I am not sure about going out to 8 weeks with M-Drol, although I do run pulse cycles as long as 9 weeks. I typically run a bulker for 6 weeks, and in week 6 I bridge into a cutter for 4 weeks. Last cycle was M1,4ADD bridged to D-Zine, and I am currently on P-Mag, again bridging to D-Zine.
 
I think it's fine for a recomp. The recomp is more about your diet and cardio variables. Pulsing mdrol should help you maintain strength and muscle mass (might even get stronger lol) while accomplishing your fatloss goals
 
What are your stats? Experience?
 
I'm 6'0 211 about 16% BF and have been lifing almost two years seriously. I've been cutting since 230 in april and im going to continue till sept 1, which is when i plan on pulsing mdrol for 8 weeks, hopefully reaching 10% while actually building muscle. Now whats your opinion for m-drol for 8 weeks? I plan on running it 10/10/then 20 throughout... PHF family does not like this idea at all and flamed me when i approached them about it!
 
losing 6% bodyfat while gaining muscle is pretty unrealistic
 
Lol im still cutting for another month till then so im hoping to drop more weight this month.. i planned on lowering my calories drastically the last week then bumping them back up once I start m-drol.

Whats your opinion on m-drol pulsing for 8 weeks unreal? 10/10/20 throughout.. 3x a week all taken preworkout

I would say it's a full on cut if you're trying to drop 6% not a recomp
you might drop a couple on a recomp but nowhere near 6%
 
Sorry I forgot to mention on this recomp I'm trying to gain muscle while dropping bodyfat... not get to 10%. 10% is my ultimate goal, then just maintain 10-12 while bulking/cutting etc
 
the cycle isn't for everyone. It's certainly one I would do. I would probably love it. SD works great for me. I don't think you'll know until you run it.
 
Thanks unreal. I'll run 6 weeks then 7 depending on how i feel, and so on. I think ill run clomid instead of nolva for this.. should i dose my clomid 100 for a few days then 50 for 4 weeks?

If you are good by week 6, extend to 8 weeks. Im sure you could lose 3 percent and gain muscle if your diet is on point. You wont lose 6-8 percent on an 8 week recomp though..
 
ok so i did a little detective work and i think ill do this PCT after 6-8 weeks of pulsing m-drol..

For PCT I am thinking something like this: nolva 20/20/20/20 real simple
clomid do 150 the first 3 days, 100 the next 4 days, 75 for week 2, 50 for week 3 and 4. It's a frontload. Frontload clomid because it has a 5 day half-life. Jacking up natural test that high could cause some estro rebound... hence the nolva. Should work pretty good.

all taken before i go to sleep! how does this sound? or is this much not needed for my cycle. i really dont want delayed gyno since im already getting surgery 2 months after this cycle for my pubertal gyno! (had since 12)

or maybe ill just take clomid soley for 4 weeks
