Stubborn belly fat

Man the more time that goes my the more I consider lipo. MY lower stomach just holds fat and will not shrink, it is about the only place I have much fat, other than some in my chest. I lift 5 days a week at a very high intesity to keep my heart up, then finish off each session with at least 30 min cardio plus do an hour of cardio 3 or 4 evenings in addition to my morning routine. Diet is clean, probably taking in less calories then I should because I work in the heat and it makes me sick to eat. Is there a supplement that might target this area of fat? If so at what dose. I am 235 and 5'11". Just started PM and prime and use recompadrol

crunch them ****s bro

crunches build/firm muscle, it wont reduce belly fat other than the fact you burn calories doing it.....

you have to make your diet stricter and train harder....maybe some supplements to help you out with your workout energy. interval training is very effective if you go all out.

the fact is there is some fine tuning you need to do if your not burning fat anymore. i would def do crunches though and weighted ab exercises to firm the muscles hidden under the fat as much as possible. that way once the fat is gone your abs will look ripped.

like some oblique cable crunches, gotta do these with proper form though or they are useless
oh yeah and romanion sit ups, from the weider days
and something else to do to warm up is toe touches, when I was fat when I was younger ( not calling you fat ) I had to start out with toe touches for like 2 months so I could actually start to feel the muscles I wanted to work out, because crunches seem useless when you cant feel them you know, ive been there and what ax said, the diet needs to be spot on unless of course you have a fast metabolism then you can eat popcorn choco tacos and pizza with ice cream and wake up more cut then the day before ( these people dont aggrevate me though bc they have problems getting big so its a two way street )
in the long run if your really into lifting weights you will be thankful you have extra fat to spread around bro

Is there a supplement that might target this area of fat?

Any supplement that contains a sufficient dose of Alpha-yohimbine (Rauwolscine HCl) will target this area of fat. It will also target the love handles, lower back, chest, and neck.

That is why we included it in Alpha-T2, and promote Alpha-T2 as a targeted fat destroyer.

THIS.....and try a TOPICAL fat loss agent to support your localized efforts.

I have 3 bottles of eviscerate. Will have to break them out

also how much yohimbine a day

When stubborn stomach fat was an issue for me I used to dose 10mgs per 100 lbs of body weight. Like the old saying goes its different for everyone, this is usually the dosing that I recommend to friends trying to lose stubborn adipose tissue. Remember to assess your tolerance to it as well, some people are way more sensitive then others.

Remember try to take yohimbine on an empty stomach (if possible), say first thing in the morning. Why? The effects of yohimbine's lipid destroying/mobilizing effects are negated when consumed with food. If you do take yohimbine with food your body will begin to secrete insulin which negates its fat destruction properties.

Also remember to use Yohimbine and not yohimbe...

I always get a kick out of people telling others to work your abs more to spot lose fat. What they don't tell you is the harder you work your abs, the thicker your stomach muscles get. So now you got this thick, strong stomach that's pushing the fat out even more. They always leave that part out. :)

its very true, but i lack abdominal development, i need to build ... i have a flat stomach and no abs even when i got to sub 10 i was fairly smooth.

so i personally need to do abs weighted.

I train my abs regularly and have thick abs and yes it does make me look even fatter. Although I like to look good I train more for function than looks so I train abs to have strong core and protects my back when squatting heavy and dead lifting

so I need around 22mg. is that dosed once a day or spread it out

Split the dose. I would only do two doses. Probably one in the A.M. and one in the late afternoon/early evening. Remember to take when you have an empty stomach. Don't take it too late, some people have a hard time sleeping when they take it to late at night. I believe that it only has a 2-3 hour half life so you can play around that....

is it just residual skin?

DO NOT train harder- dude u might be overtraining- I know I might gte flamed for this but im trying to help

with the amount of training you are doing you are more than likely burning off muscle mass little by little than fat- not good

cut down on the training some- do cardio like 3x a week not every time u lift

If ur overtrained it will devestate any goals u have

what this dude said.

but I still firmly believe in crunches because if you do them slowly you almost will never sweat but making sure your form is at peak after about 30 reps you will feel them burn then you just push out about 15 or so more reps past that pain on those last few reps pause at the top of the burn and squeeze

as basic as it gets, and I retract my statement about the oblique cable crunches I dont really do those alot so I dont know why I would give someone advice to do them

Im having the same problem. im using oxy elite pro as an overall fat burner but are there any certain topical creams you guys suggest for burning stomach fat???

I dont think I am overtraining. I am recovering well between workouts and strength is still improving

Have you tried carb/Caloric cycling? Works well for quite a few people. Lower ab fat is a pain for most and is usually last to go. When approaching the lower BF % your body really fights to hold on, hence your begin to lose a lot less every week towards the end. Have you been dieting long? If yes, then bump calories up to maintenance or slightly above for just 1 week, which will help boast your metabolism, you wont gain any fat unless you binge. Then jump back on the diet, gradually making changes again to ease your body into the change and not cause panic/starvation mode.

dermatherm/alpha stack :D
