I just finished up my Plyometrics (p90x), and idk what happend, but the intensity just wasnt there. I meani gave it my all i just felt kinda weak today for some reason it just wasnt there i still got an okay workout in, but it was just like i was going through the motions it just wasnt happening today for some reason. I apologize guys idk what happened but i still got a good sweat. popped ECA before workout and it just didnt happen maybe the lack of carbs from breakfast. But nonetheless got a good thermogenic effect and good sweat. Tofay i also have football practice, and we will lift and condition. ill update lifting later. but man sorry for that mediocre plyometrics it just wasnt there.

i think this is legit stuff, and im not just saying that cuz im logging it. it gives me a nice thermogenic effect and im definitely loosing weight while keeping muscle loss at a minimum. But we'll see how far AT2 can take me as far as fat loss.

alright guys this is my first log so please be gentle with me. i just received my alpha t2, as promised by PES. and i am super excited to run this. I am 23 about 5'8" im 219 lbs, i was 235 lbs but ive been on ECA for like 3 & 1/2 weeks and have made IMO amazing progress. okay im gonna lay down my diet and workouts and feel free to add some constructive criticism.

ur going to want to up ur carbs more than 70- you will loose alot of muscle mass at only 70 with both weights and cardio

Total cals-2250 plus minus the cardio cals and cals from weight lifting- I wouldnt even go this low unless on an anabolic like I was

yeah actually that sounds good cuz i think its getting to me, im prolly gonna start adding more fiberous carbs like whole wheat bread, maybe a little brown rice, or some wheat pasta, does sound good?cuz i have been loosing a lot of weight but my strength is still up there and so is size, maybe cuz fats have been high alot of PB, almonds, and olive oil. thanks for suggestion

Yeah Drop some of the fruit- its good in the early part of the day- its sugar- good sugar but to much of it wont aid in fat loss- keep it in the morning with ur first two meals- throw a serving of oats in and maybe half a slice of bread- this would net u around 80g carbs- add a serving of white rice to your postworkout shake (These white carbs are good only after a work out though- they help get the protien to your muscles faster and help spike insulin which is the most anabolic hormone there is) and that should get u around 150!!

nice, but i dont have white rice cant i just add some type of sugar? also idk if i could get oatmeal (im pretty broke). i do have brown rice and whole wheat pasta and whole wheat bread so im gonna try and add these in slowly. but thanks for tips man.

Im dont weigh much less than you and i only consume 60gr carbs/day. In about 2 weeks that will be knocked down to about 30gr/day. I have 2 cardio sessions and lift weights. I also throw and hit 5days a week and thats an extremley energy taxing thing to do. My fat intake is also around 60gr/day.
At the end of the day, if your performance is not affected in a major way youre fine with carbs the way they are. If you are affected then yes, adding more would probably bo a good idea.

Workout All i did today was ab ripper x, but it was a great workout, set a couple of PRs im very happy on how ab ripper x is getting easier to do and i can do it with better form and more reps. so i was really happy about that. But still havent hit the weights since my friend has been biching about his elbow and he doesnt want to workout.

Wow today i felt like i was starving all day i mean hunger was way up today dont know why, im not stressed, havent done much besides that killer ab ripper x workout, does anyone think it might be the AT2 maybe since its helping with metabolism etc.? but oh yeah hunger today was up like crazy but i was still able to control it and stick to my diet.

it gives me a nice heating effect nothing crazy its not like im sweating just by standing, its not too strong but you can def feel it. it only last for me like 2-3 hours after each dose like if i take it at 8:00 itll prolly wear off by 11:00 or 12:00 for sure. its a good deal though you get both for $45 so each one is like $22.50 you cant buy jacked for any lower than that and AT2 at $22 is really cheap thats if we were to split the total cost.

Today's plyometrics session went freaking great it was my best by far maybe those extra carbs this morning helped me on the intensity. Today i did a little cheating in the morning. but todays plyometrics was awesome sweating was crazy more than usual did as many reps if not more on some exercises. i did take two caps of vyotechs thinphetamine(i got them for $5 so yeah), also took it with 1 cap of cayenne.

Forgot to update you guys yesterday, but diet was just as usual but i cant really recall for sure but it was similiar to the other days. Also im am noticing a major hunger increase maybe its the AT2 maybe its not but man hunger is way up, atleast it was yesterday. Also another point yesterday i weigh myself on the scale and i was at 214 lbs i was happy about that.

Thoughts on the AT2 is that my hunger has been going crazyi mean i started of fine but lately hunger has been more than usual IDK why. i feel like it really is working though and AT2 is my only real "fat loss" supp the other supps are just preworkouts, protein and some for energy so i think AT2 is doing most of the heavy lifting in terms of helping with fat loss i mean this officially 6 lbs in 10 days i was at 220 when i started this now im 214 lbs in 10 days with no notable muscle loss i actually feel kinda strong.
This plyometric session was by far the best so far i know i keep saying that but they just keep getting better. broke several PRs like on jump squats i was able to hit 25 reps on both times in 30 secs, jump knee tucks i was able to hit like 21 and jump knee tucks are very challenging for me, also on rock star hops i hit like 13. however sweating was normal not great. that was a very good day for me personally the workout just seems to get easier.

Today i weigh myself this morning and it said i was 212 which is kinda amazing cuz a couple days ago i was 214 and 2 lbs just like that AT2 is pretty amazing im loving this stuff its almost unreal honestly. Also i am now 100% sure AT2 is giving me a good thermogenic effect its not in my head. AT2 is good stuff guys i will definitely be buying this in the future and im not even done with this bottle, i am absolutely sold on it so far it really does work wonders. I am starting to look very dry and mid section looks very defined.
