Wolf's quest for leaner arm's (Lipoburn Sponsored log)

Yeah I am still gauging how much I need per pec. I think anything more than 2 squirts per side is just wasting with such a small area. I always end up wiping the excess down my abdomen a little.

yea, 1 per side should certainly suffice on such a small surface area.

I opened the 2nd bottle, because the 1st one is reaching empty, making it harder to get anything to come out the pump. So I pump the new bottle once, and this large squirt comes out.

Seems like one pump on the new bottle equals like two pumps of the old bottle.

UPDATE

Well, Its now been 4 wks since I started using LipoBurn on my arm's.

I definitely notice subtle changes in the symmetry. My diet has been anything but spot on, but what I love, is the fact that I'm still getting results. I don't have any measurements to go by, but I rely on the mirror - as it is happy to point out your flaw's and show you your achievements.

I'm down to the final squirts of my first bottle. I've been using 4 pumps for the last week, just for experimenting. When I start my next bottle, I'll be dropping back down to three pumps.

I'm keeping this log going through my second bottle, and post use.

I will definitely say that LipoBurn is worth the $$. Someone leaner, with tighter skin would standout more, but hey I'm getting results. That's what this is about.

Here's some updated pic's

I just finished the 1st bottle this morning. It's currently tipped to allow the excess to build up, in case there is any left in the bottle :)

I started the 2nd bottle tonight. One pump seemed to be almost more than enough to cover my whole arm. A lot comes out. On my other arm I tried to use about 3/4 pump.

Well after leaving the 1st bottle upside down for the Lipo to settle - I was shocked to see how much product was left. It was not easy to get out though. I had to whip the bottle at the back of a magazine, so the contents would fly out. I could then scrape it up, and scoop it into the new bottle.

I also switched pump heads. I like the smaller amount that comes out with each pump. It's easier to control how much you are using.

definitely see a small difference. No offense to LG or anything but I wonder how much is your diet and how much is the Lipoburn. I can see a difference tho. Lookin good

My diet has not been spot on, and I'm not doing cardio.

Is this stuff melting the fat off? No. Is it helping? Yes.

thats what I wanted to know. If diet could be here or there, then it looks like the product is solid. Not doubting, just asking you know? Variables will always play a role.

Update:

I have currently added Alpha T2 and OEP, to my daily supplement regiment.

lets see if It kicks the results from Lipo into high gear. My body feels like a furnace.

Add a little cayenne in there bro!!!!

Sounds like you're gonna be pacing at 1000 miles an hour.. That combination sounds like it's gonna cut right through the fat

The new combo is strong. I sweat buckets.

This morning when I got to work I couldn't sit down, I was running all over the shop, working on things. I finally had to stop myself and eat something.

Update Wk6

Still seeing subtle changes.

THe biggest change I see is in the two bottom pics. Very nice progress.

Thanks. Its great to see progress, even when diet isn't has strict, and cardio is non-existent.

I believe progress would be much better if I was stricter on my diet, and incorporated more cardio.

Well definitely. But I don't meet many folks who actually enjoy cardio. I mean there's some... But you're either hardcore about it or it's like pulling teeth. I think if you had access to a nicer camera like a digital SLR in some daylight you could probably see a little more definition.

Cardio, is like pulling teeth with me. I wife on the other hand, loves cardio.

I'd like to run a log on her using a LipoBurn.

Whk7 results

I feel like my progress has slowed a bit. I still feel like my arms are changing, but slower. I have a feeling that's do to my changing up of my routines. I'm taking longer rest between sets to load more weight, which is dropping the intensity a bit. I'm not liking that.

My body definitely responds better to higher intensity, as far as burning fat is concerned.

Figure I have about two weeks worth left in the bottle. We'll see

Here's updated pic's.

You know wolf, its always hard to see little changes in ourselves. I hadn't seen my mom for a good 5 months or so, and I had been bulking, gained a good 15 lbs before I even started the SD and 30 lbs later she saw me... She said its unreal how big I had gotten LOL.. But when I looked in the mirror I didn't see drastic changes but I knew they were happening

what inspired the change in your workout routine? Was it just getting old to you? I see progress, enough to know its working so keep it up! I think if you tightened up the diet a bit more you could shred those bad boys

congratulations on your progress.

I changed up routines because I felt I was getting weak. Higher reps, shorter rest periods. So I increased poundage and lengthened rest periods.

I'm actually going to be changing things up again. I watched "Blood and Guts", and "A week in the Dungeon". Very inspiring, and highly motivating.

I cut my volume, keep the weight up(6to10 reps) and meet in the middle, as far as rest periods.

I've got a question for any LG rep's watching. Would applying any lotions or self tanner's over LipoBurn, hinder its absorption? I ask because my wife wanted to try it, so I grabbed her a bottle. she likes using tanner's and body lotions, of course.

As for me, I'm finishing up my 2nd bottle. Down to the globs left at the bottom. When I'm all finished I will post up my last set of pictures, and final review of LipoBurn.

Pictures on this phone don't do much justice. My wife tells me how small my arm's are now :( THANKS LG. But they are more muscular Invalid Link Removed

Overall, I love this stuff.

It's been a breeze to apply and wash off. Hardly feel it on your skin. Just an occasional tackiness to the area. I don't have any measurements, but I see results in the mirror, and I have more arm room in shirts.

I believe diets play a key roll in results, but this log just go to show that even with an lax deficit diet, you'll get results from LipoBurn. Had I been stricter, and incorporated cardio sessions, I believe I would've experienced even better results.

My wife was so impressed with the results, she had me order a bottle for her to use on her abs. I'm trying to convince her to let me take pictures, and run a log on here. Shes a interval cardio girl.

I want to again thank LG for there generosity.

Great review but actions speak louder than words and your wife's actions here ordering another bottle for herself based off of your progress says more about the product efficacy than the review itself. Good Job LW!

Man I gotta agree camera phones suck at taking pics! You look good though, and for having a spotty diet thats good. Imagine if you were really strict with diet and routine and added this supplement to the mix.. Results 10 fold I would imagine

If your wife is complimenting you then you better get on that ;)

Don't you worry about her :)

I agree about the results. I kinda just left the diet to be spotty, to see what kinda results I would get. Kinda, what loss is from D&E , and whats the result of the product.

I'll be back to using this stuff in the near future. Diet will be stricter.

I may give this a try on my cut cycle towards the end.. I guess anything that can help me with a bit of anything is worth adding to my stack

Yep, we're all looking for that extra bit of help. That's why we all have stacks of supplements coming out of our @$$. I figure I consume about 50 caps a day. Everything from daily supplements, to cycled supplements.

I'm grateful products like LipoBurn, and eviscerate, are transdermal.
