Flaweds Cuttin it UP with Alpha T2 and extras (half sponsored)

Ok starting tomorrow no stims... gonna rest up these receptors... im not even gonna take my preworkout due to the geranium in it... so i picked up more creatine to keep that rolling and i picked up a new product which i usually dont do without research.

Anyways its called Pure Karbolyn and its supposed to be better than waixy maize, Im gonna take a half scoop preworkout with xtend and creatine and a half scopp after with xtend, creatine, and protein

i did a log for pro supps on another forum [a stim called vyper-very good stuff]. they sent me some samples of pure karbolyn with it- you are going to like, imho.
 
Against my own good disgression I decided the hell with it! Back to AT2 today... This HST is so demanding I need the supps to make it through the next 4 weeks. Awesome pump with the pure karbolyn so far. Ill post a pic later

Notes: Well a couple things... todays workout was much better than mondays... I felt stronger and powered through better on some of the reps... must be because monday by body wasnt ready for the change in reps? I dunno anyways bench felt like i had a bit left in me so thats good. Struggled on Shoulder Presses a bit but nothing to stop me yet... however both 10's workouts so far I havent been able to finish my 2nd set of skull crushers... both times ive had to rest and then do the last 2 reps

I only did one set of deads cause my back was sore from yesterday so i felt I might need a break

I just woke up middle of the night and looked in the mirror and im feeling really lean compared to earlier in the day when I felt bloated looking... Which could be from the like 12g's of creatine I took today on accident lol

Bodyfat: 14.99% (-3.78%)
Mesurement @ Widest Point: 37" (-2")


Fat/Lean Mass Ratio:
Start: 40.73lbs Fat / 176.27lbs Lean Mass
05/07/10: 31.03lbs Fat / 175.71lbs Lean Mass

Results Thus Far:

Really great work man. You can absolutely see the difference, and to me what's most impressive is that originally you were going to run this I think until the start of June, so you're 3 weeks ahead of that and the difference from start until now is pretty dramatic.

Once you finish you're At2 have you decided what you'll follow up with?

Thanks brother! Yeah i am really happy right now to be honest... i am far ahead of where i expected to be... After i run out of AT2 I am gonna continue on Xtend and creatine till June first while supplementing ECA and probably whats left of my topical clen/napalm from awhile ago to try and tighten up

after that... i dunno! Horribly enough im considering running some old m1t i found from a few years back... my roomie has some too and we are itching to run something lol and its been quite some time so ive done anything more than xtend.

I seriously think the 2/2 dosing on this is the deal breaker... i feel like it is cutting me up pretty good. And to have only lost .5lbs in muscle means this mixed with the xtend and creatine is doing its job

I have a feeling i wont have to run any stims for awhile after this and that i can get to my goal of 12 relatively easy if i maintain diet

nothing motivates more than results. those are great results-you should be motivated as hell. i finished my bottle of AT-2 but you can bet i will be back on it soon.

Sweet results man, I finished my bottle of Alpha T2 and pretty much stayed the same weight but seemed like i leaned out a tad.

I'm in complete AWE, Flawed, fantastic log mate, truly insprirational, metroba had suggested that I add alpha T2 to my PCT instead of OEP so I was doing some research and found this log... such a great log, I'm sold....

going to order some Alpha T2 right now for next week's start of PCT, if I get half of the "mirror" result you have seen i'll be stoked!!

Well guys I decided to take some one week after pictures! I finished my last doses last week and decided to wait to see if I had any bounce back weight or not. I am sitting at roughly 206lbs in the morning which means another lb down and im feeling leaner than ever.... im getting there gents!
