I would have to say yes. HGH helps you get down to rem sleep faster and longer. And you dream when you are in rem. And if you are like me you will hope that you don't remember any of them. :sgrin:

For me it gave me wild dreams all sorts of things. I loved it. No better dream than a tester a week or so ago. He dreamed that he escaped prison but returned when they were serving dinner LMFAO.:lol:

Man that should help cut you up. Are you doing the diet, it is pretty key to the overall success of that program.
 
Ok thing didn't go as planned. My P90X wouldn't play for some reason. :( So is did Billy Blanks boot camp.
