Been taking cissus (Super Cissus bulk from NP) for about 45 days now, dosing between 2-3 grams ed. I wanted to see if would help my wrist and shoulder (had shoulder surgery about 6 months ago). Anyway, I would say my wrist and shoulder pain have improved by ~40% since I started taking it - which I'm happy with. I'm even happier in what I would say is a noticeable increase in my strength - specifically my bench press - which was totally unexpected. I noticed this around the 30 day mark, when I was able to get 225 for 6 reps, when I normally only get 3-4 reps. Of course, there's no way to know for sure if it's the cissus, but that's the only new supp I've added in lately, so who knows.
Has anyone around here ever experienced an increase in strength that they feel is attributable to cissus?
