Buying bulk is the way to be. You control the ingredients, you control the dosages, and you control the price. Win/win/win.. It probably doesn't taste as great, but I don't have a vagina so it doesn't really matter to me. (Plus, you don't get quality additives like Acesuflame Potassium, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide, etc)
Arginine is a waste of money, especially when you have the superior Citrulline Malate in the mix. Take 5-10g of Citrulline, start at a lower dose and see what the 'sweet spot' is for you.
Also Taurine and Beta-Alanine should not be taken together as they compete for the same receptors. Beta Alanine is not so much a 'pre-workout' supplement as it is a saturation supplement. You want to split 4-6g of BA (into 2-3 doses) and take them through the day, much more effective results.
Taurine is better as a post-workout supplement, and you're looking at 1-2g post, with another 1-2 later in the day.
Creatine Mono, that's fine, you shouldn't need more than 3g/day. But it is cheap so dose it as you see fit.
1,3 Dimeth -- this is your own stim prerogative. I could give you my bulk dimeth for free if I didn't have to pay shipping. Would not recommend.
Shizandrol A -- garbage, look into something effective (and surprisingly cheap) like Vipocetine (10-40mg) instead.
Finally, I'd say add some Carnitine into the mix. Depending on how much money you have left choose one: GLPC >> ALCAR >> LCAR (ranked in that order).
