Commentary
Sweatin' like a cold glass of water on a hot day. Still feel no stomach pains. I've changed my diet slightly in the past few weeks -- not much chicken or veggies. Gonna up to 2 (maybe 3) scoops of ASGT on wednesday to confirm what I (and most everybody else) already thinks concerning ASGT's part in giving stomach pains. I'm beginning to think that it has something more to do with either the chicken, or the marinade that I cook the chicken in, or the veggies somehow. Also, Wednesday is big for two reasons: (1) It marks the second complete week of Natadrol and half of the cycle, and (2) Going for two big ol' plates for 20 reps on Squat.

nice man :clap2:...i hope youre eating a sammach and slamming a bulking shake right now!

Good lifts today Orb. So is everyday squat day with what you're doing?

squattin 3x a week, usually MWF, with TR reserved for Core/Low Back/Accessory Days. Thinkin I'll either stick with 3x/week and keep the weight the same a little longer (i.e. only move up 5 lbs each week instead of each squat day) or move to a 2 day squat split with the other days reserved for accessory work

Dammit guys...15-30 minutes before brekkie and you're talking fruits...gonna have to tough it out...f- this thread and it's talk of food. :chairfall:

Orb,

all those fruits/veggies you listed are great. You HAVE to work these in brother. I know the see food diet is fun and all but you have complained about not adding size and I know that you are underfeeding yourself and you know that too.

Adding these in will make sure you are adequately nourished as well as help you in making gains while staying lean, if not get leaner. Don't be afraid to double dose that oatmeal and protein too brother! Fruits/veggies are vital to humans. It is engrained in us to eat this way. We didnt have mcdonalds and laffy taffy in the beginning of time. It's no coincidence that convenient eating has destroyed the health of mankind, or the majority of. Stand up and prevail man! Be one of the elite! Be one of the strong! Do not allow yourself to be anything less. Make the change now and thank me later ;)

nice SB!!! never saw those together before!!!

Hey Met have you been watching that McDonalds commentary thing??? made me want to vomit when I watched it. Haven't had fast food like that since!!! Give me all natural baby!!! we even buy raw milk from a local organic dairy... 10 gallons a week at $6 a gallon.. expensive yes, but my family's health has never been better... oh and did I mention my uncle raises organic grass fed Hereford cattle??? sooo tasty!!!! :food:

You aren't going to hear me arguing with raising a family on organic foods. I plan to do so when I start a family of my own.

Not sure what Mcdonald's commentary you are referring to.

I'm sure I can imagine what it's about...but I'm still curious.

it is of a guy eating McDonalds for 30 strait days and nothing else. He has health test and blood work done throughout. It is freaking scary what happens to him!!!

And den...?

more food bro. Looks like you did much better than usual but you need like 2 more meals in there. What are your shakes comprised of?

...still need fruits in there. Some good choices: blueberries, bananas, grapefruits, raisins. These are top favorites. Guys, feel free to throw more suggestions up for Ol' Orby.

My diet today. Heavier than normal due to additional lift late this evening.

1 cup Oats & Whey

-Workout-

Protein shake & Fruit/Nut Bar

-Run-

1 Quart Skim Milk + Banana

1 cup Oats & Whey

berries + Breadsticks

Chicken Breast, Green Beans, 4 slice whole wheat bread

-Workout-

1 quart skim milk

The only thing missing from today was more whole food protein sources. Usually have things like tuna and beef in the mix.

I was gonna say, def need some more red meat in there. Other than that and bread, our diets are very similar. Instead of cow milk I drink almond or coconut milk. The cessation of lactose from my diet has done wonders for my digestion and regularity. I feel like a million bucks on whole/organic foods.

1 cup oats? What is that like 120g carbs? I think your pre w/o and post w/o meals should be switched. Why all the carbs before and so little after?

Cup of oats is 60 carbs.

Only using milk because it helps rehydrate the muscles better than water...today was a big day and I needed the extra push. I normally don't do dairy.

Oats and whey turns about to be about 400 calories w/ 1 scoop whey, 500 w/ 2 scoops.

Postworkout is closer to 600 calories and ~70g carbs.

That fruit/nut bar must have a sh2t load of fruit in it lol. I had no idea that milk hydrated the muscles better than water. That is very interesting.
