I didn't realise my ability to type from iphone was the question here? I just thought banned meant you were not allowed to come back as in you are not welcome.

I guess you think its OK to go around giving false advice under the pretence of being somewone you are not and having experience that you do not. There is a reason he was banned before and I'm yet to hear him fefute the allegation.

Infact I'm prepared to have a wager cash) with you him or anybody else, that he is one and the same previously banned member.

The only advice you could give me is what supps not to take because they are bunk and also you could give me a lot of advice on how to fail...I am done recognizing you on AM you are a waste of my time. P.s. maybe if you didnt spend so much time on AM trying to play "detective" you could actually find time to work out and maybe better yourself.

I was, and was quite pissed at the time. Since then however, I have gotten past the differences with him in PM, so I am staying out of this. Especially because me and you have gotten along pretty much since I have joined here.

I think this thread went two ways, (The Drama, and the Doubtful)

But I would definitely like to see this get back to the original thread starter. I'm ready to be impressed by these vids we're all waiting on..
 
i will be doing video next week on 5/6/10, finishing up my workout, i changed it every four weeks, this week im hitting weights hard, so that's why i'm waiting so can get energy level back up and my workout changed. believe though the video is coming!!!!!!!!!!!
 
okay, my workout goes like this, say i do 4 sets 6 for the first two weeks of the workout, then the last two weeks i do 5 sets 8, so my last two weeks of every workout is more intense than the first two weeks, just adding more stress as to the muscles the last two weeks, say for example bench press, 4 of 6 with 275lbs same weight each set for two weeks, then i go to 5 of 8 with same weight, adding more stress, it sounds crazy but it works

If it's the same weight each set for 2 weeks and then the same weight again for 2 weeks only more reps and sets. How the hell do you ever progress??

Lifting 275lbs for a month straight sounds.... the opposite of smart.
