-friggin pumped to the max!! Again not lifting for a pump but definately got pumped. New veins by my elbows and knees, kinda cool especially since Im not as lean as I am in my avatar.
-no stomach discomfrot /bloating
-good energy again, in and out in 45mins

Recon
-Good recovery all around except my hammys are a little sore still, nothing major but I kinda expected this with heavy GMs, well heavy for myself anyways

-day 2, didnt notice anything yet

-Im gonna do some different tri accessory lifts, my chest is stronger than this but Im having troubles 3/4 of the way to lockout
 
aminos make up proteins T. Aminos be faster absorbing + with the added malto / dextrose your insulin is gonna spike up and you'll absorb more.

i was thinking 20 minutes after recon to drink a shake. then i would have a meal around 30-40 minutes later.

i had great recovery results from Recon on my log... i also found that the taste "sweet spot" for me was having it in cold water, and let it sit for about 15 minutes at room temp.

it was still cool water, and after a final vigorous shake, it went down nice.

Yeah their tubs are cool, most noticeable thing about their products is they're filled to the top!! not that 1/2 way bull****, I thought that was very cool. maybe im just kinda a geek tho haha

Good to know. I hope it IS soon, as it's about time for me to purchase my pre/intra/post workout formulas. I did find these three put together on a small site for $114.00 and I'm tempted to bite but, and correct me if I'm wrong, you don't make an intra-workout product.

You've got cool product names but I get them confused! BTW, I'm NOT buying because the names are cool, but because my son (my workout partner) and I like the ingredients.:thumbsup:
 
First thanks for your interest in MP's product line, we wanted to make sure we put together products that actually would give you results so its always cool to hear when customers appreciate that.

Assault which is our Pre-workout/Intra Workout has all the nutrients you need to sustain about 60-90 minutes of training, if you are going any longer than that then you might want to pick up some additional amino acids but for the majority of people 1 scoop of Assault 20 minutes before training is optimal. Recon is intended to be used immediately after you workout or during your very last exercise. We have had some people, myself included, play around with the Recon a bit and change when they take the product. For example, I take half a scoop of Recon before training on my deadlift days and then a full scoop after and it makes a huge difference in my recovery and my mental clarity while training. Again not something you really need to do but if you got a day that leaves you really beat up not so much physically but mental then using a little extra Recon before or during your training can really fire up your recovery and progress.

-ok so its like day 4 or 5 on this, and from what Im feeling / observing is that assault + battle fuel = tons of energy and stamina. Good synergy here Im experiencing.
-not feeling much a difference on days I dont lift, but on lift days I do

try a different hand position on preachers. i don't have any issues and i do reps at 120 + i am old. i love preachers, nothing pumps my biceps the way they do.
