Anadraulic State GT: LIGHTNING EDITION-RAWberry Lemonade EXPLOSION! Sponsored Boblog

are you just using asgt?

Just ASGT, AP as 'supplements'

I dose 3-9g of VitC a day and take a multi and a probiotic, 6000IU vitD. I'm also cleansing at the moment which would, if anything, cause my strength to go down. But oddly enough it's been unaffected.

Keeping it simple at the moment.

I like it a lot. I notice a big difference in vasodialation. We like to joke about it at work because it's a bright yellow color. One of the guys says it looks like DNP.

ASGT Review-----------

Pump: 2x2 on the ASGT/AP combo again today. Some of my main veins on my forearms had some new branches today. I'll take it!

Endurance: Added an extra set of flies as well as a another set of pushups at the end.

Energy: Another day of good and even energy. Wasn't strung out, wasn't yawning. I was focused on dominating chesticles.

Libido: -

Strength: I wanted to try for those 90s again this week but figured I'd take baby steps and try the 85s. The small sacrifices we make w/o spotters. Either way it went up good. It took some work to get them up there, but we did it and we got 8 good reps out of them. Also went a little higher on the flat bench (+10lb)

Narrative:-----------

DOMS from leg day finally hit me this morning. And it SUCKS! Oh well, I'm gonna try and get a small run in this evening. Will update when it happens.

Tunes:------------

Have you seen my running legs?

:aargh: 1.5 miles took 15 f*cking minutes! I cramped up all to hell in my DOMS ridden quads at the 9 minute mark. Had to walk it out. Dammit, I don't want to be humbled by running, AGAIN! :aargh:

I totally feel like this kid.

Let's do something about that empty libido slot.....

Maybe you just need to cheer yourself up and buy a new hood ornament!!!

Bikini pics, metal links, and a solid log. Helluva thread going on here. Great increase when you can add another working set on two excercises.

Props on the Flogging Molly! That's a great song, too! I've seen them in Pensacola, New Orleans, and Detroit. I'll be heading to Chicago for the Irish Fest in May, and I'll be seeing Gaelic Storm as well as a bunch of other Irish bands. I hope to soon get to Boston to see Dropkick, and when The Tossers are back in Chicago, see them as well.

ASGT Review-----------

Pump: 2x2 on the ASGT/AP combo again today. I always feel a pump in my low back doing these pulls.

Endurance: Added an extra set of flies as well as a another set of pushups at the end.

Energy: Another day of good and even energy.

Libido: I do like the hood ornaments TG. Unfortunately my truck is in the shop again.

Strength: I wanted to go heavier on Rack Pulls, but we were told to narrow our stance so I wanted to make sure that I still had the form down.

Narrative:-----------

This log is drawing to a close :( I only have enough ASGT for 1, maybe 2 more workouts. I've got to say that I've been more impressed with this preworkout supplement than I have been with many others out there. I'll put together a full review this weekend.

I should note that my abs were STILL sore from last Friday's workout. :smite: I'm a glutton for pain, in a way we all are.

ASGT Review-----------

Pump: My shoulders felt awesome during the entire workout. I am still able to touch the top of my head so I could have gone harder, however it does hurt a little when I do (feels like victory to me.)

Endurance: I did add a few extra reps to several of the lifts. Had to tell myself that's enough because I was trying to think of other things to do to my shoulders.

Energy: Another day of good and even energy.

Libido: -

Strength: I did go heavier on my last sets of most of the lifts. Felt good.

Sides: -

Narrative:-----------

I'm out of ASGT. :( I'll hopefully be able to put together my final review this evening after work. Thank you to everybody that's been along for the ride.

Final Review

Alright gang, it's been fun but the ASGT log is over. It's been fun trying out this brand new preworkout product from LG. I've gotta give thanks to Met, Craig, IC, LifterGym; the whole LG crew, for setting this up for me. An especially big thanks to Metroba (no homo,) for hooking me up with Anadraulic Pump to use in tandem with ASGT for the second half of this log.

How will you be rating ASGT?

Scale 1-10

Pump(1): 7

By itself ASGT isn't going to provide 'skin tearing muscle pumps,' but that's not what I look for in a preworkout. I'm more interested in the endurance and strength gaining potential of a preworkout product. There was some moderate vascularity that would be similar to that of a meal of complex carbs prior to a workout. Not those huge sugar veins, but a heightened vasodialation none the less.

* I will include however that when ASGT is taken in conjunction with Anadraulic Pump, that the pump is phenomenal. But that review is for a later date.

Endurance(2): 9

This is one of the areas where ASGT shines. I felt like every week I was either adding more weight or additional reps to my workout. It was almost problematic when I had already reached my planned number of sets for the day and I felt like I should do more. I didn't want to toe the line of overtraining with ASGT, but if I were to go down the rabbit's hole, I'd want to take ASGT with me.

Energy(2): 10

ASGT is amazing in the energy department. Normally when I think of energy in preworkouts I'm thinking jittery stimmed out energy. Usually following the burst of energy comes a crash that leaves you feeling useless afterward. This is not the case with ASGT. The energy from ASGT is more of a leveling focusing energy. If you're tired, it makes you 'untired' without making you feel stimmed out. It also helps to narrow your focus on one thing, SFW. Slam f*cking weight. ASGT also lets you down without leaving you feeling miserable. It slowly eases off, very different from most preworkouts. It also has minimal impact of sleep when taken at night (taken at 8pm, bed by 12 or 1am.)

Libido: *

Sorry folks, nothing to see here. I won't try to make something up or say that it did nothing.

Strength(2): 9

Steady gains week after week. Nothing but good things to say about ASGT in the strength department. I am a Creatine Monohydrate proponent and it was good to see that as the main creatine source in this product. A 10 would have been the weight moving by itself. The strength on this was great.

Sides(1): 10

No sides! No loss of sleep, no headaches, no excess gas, no upset stomach from the pSarm, no nothing! The only 'side' to report is the tingling on the lips when it's consumed. To quote Frank The Tank; "Fill it up again! Fill it up again! Once it hits your lips, it's so good!"

Overall: 9.1 out of 10.
I counted Endurance, Strength, and Energy more than Pump and Sides since those three are more important to me when dealing with a preworkout product. I didn't include libido.

For the TL;DR crowd:
ASGT is f*cking amazing! Everything I look for in a preworkout without any of the negative sides. PRs are a regular occurrence with ASGT. It should be renamed ASPR. Try it now!

Thanks again everybody!

By the way, what to you have in store for us next??

what do you have planned next?

Well I just spent about an hour putting together a make shift prew/o with raws I had around the house (I gotta use these things)

It looks like this:
20g hydrolyzed whey (strawberry flavored)
4.5g Propionyl-L-Carnitine*
3g Beta Alanine
2g Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure)
5g BCAA (Ajipure)
5g Vitaberry
300mg Potassium

*I hate this Propionyl-L-Carnitine with a firey passion; it's so damn sticky! It was a b*tch but I finally got it to mix evenly. I thought I was gonna break my mortar and pestle I was grinding so hard. :censored:

I'm hoping that the strawberry/vitaberry help to mask the taste of those other less than pleasant ingredients.

I've also got a bottle of Alpha-T2 from PES that I'll be firing up soon.

I'll also put up a review of Anadraulic Pump after I finish that container that I received.

Very informative and insightful review SB. You did an excellent job on this log and with the training!!

Keep rockin' in the free world, bro!!!:head:
