The one song...

If you're preparing to hit your hardest lift of the week, whether it's deads, squats, whatever... what's the one song that gets you pumped up the most to destroy whatever weight is in front of you?

This is gonna sound really cheesy... and maybe it's purely a case of nostalgia... but Robert Tepper's "No Easy Way Out" from the Rocky IV soundtrack. (I know, I know. :34:)

[nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdHyyaT9GVo&feature=related"]YouTube- Mistur - Skoddefjellet[/nomedia] even if you don't like sognametal (black metal) this will get you pumped I would think

this one if I have a bit of time to get pumped but it really gets me going [nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZJuSssCCYk&feature=related"]YouTube- Mistur - Attende[/nomedia]

Actually it depends on the exercise. If I'm working on my back I like listening to Dio. If I'm working on my arms especially curls, I like listening to old school megadeth and if I'm working my shoulders or legs I like listening to Sodom. So I have certain songs for certain exercises.
Usually it's something like this
Barbell row - Dio rainbow
curls - meageth mechanix
deadlift - Dio Holy Diver
military press - Sodom M16

Shai Hulud - Given Flight by Demon's Wings

"I am not simply strong, I may very well be the strongest man that ever lived!"
This song gets me pumped up from the first word to the last second, I always save it for my big lifts. It is the angriest and most cynical song I have ever had the pleasure to lift to. I don't go a day without it when doing big compounds.

Comeback kid wake the dead is also in my gym arsenal, but that's on the shuffle list, I specifically pick shai hulud for a big lift.

That, Hearts on Fire, and the Training Montage from Rocky IV are all great songs to train to!

Me personally, Adema's Giving In has really been doing it for me lately.
