Cutting Log w/ Alpha-T2 and ASGT

I started my first day of cutting today after bulking through the winter. A little bit of background on me, I just turned 21 , been lifting for 6 years(2 years serious) I'm 5'9'' 185lbs. I'm training with my friend lilnardey in his garage.
My lifting routine will be as follows:
Day1- Chest/ Tris
Day2-Back/Bis
Day3-Cardio/Abs
Day4-Legs
Day5-Cardio/Abs
Day6-Shoulders/Traps
Day7-OFF
I might throw in cardio on a lifting day also if I feel.
3-4 exercises each muscle group, 3 sets, RP(rest pause) on some days.
Supplements I will be using are:
Whey Protein
Glutamine
Creatine
Fish Oil
Multi
Alpha-T2 - as dosed on instructions.
Vasocharge
ASGT


Day 1
Pre workout: 1 hour before 1 Alpha T-2, then 15 min later 20g whey protein, 30 min before Vasocharge, and 5g Creatine. My ASGT is still in the mail :( but should be here today for tomorrows workout !

Chest/Tris:
Bench-
Warm up 135x10, 225x5
(RP) 240x12x4x3

Machine Flys:
(RP)180x11x5x3

Dips:
(RP)15x9x7

Tricep Push Down:
(RP)70x12x10x5

Post workout: 5g Creatine, 40g Whey protein

Had a killer workout, intense pumps and great focus today. I decided to go do cardio also.

1.5 miles at the track 10:55
50 pushups
60 sit ups

Day 2

Pre Workout: 1 hour before 1 Alpha T-2, 15 mins later 20g Whey Protein
30 min before: 5g creatine, 2 scoops Vasocharge(My ASGT is scheduled to be delivered a little later today! Woo:AR15firing: )

Dead Lifts- Warm up 135x10

Lat Pull downs -

Dumb Bell Rows-

Bar Bell Curls-

Pretty tough workout today but happy with the numbers, not going to do cardio today.

how are you dosing the ALPHA T-2? i started right out at 2 this morning and gonna take 1 before work tonight.

I took two this morning also and 1 about a hour before I lifted today, not really noticing anything yet, I'm only 2 days into it but we will see.
 
I need to get to 190 and we are same height, are you going to post before and after pictures? If your bigger and more ripped then me I'ma up my gym game and get some of this stuff haha.

Haha ya I was thinking of posting some before pics here soon.

i added the ALPHA-T2 and 1 bronkaid to the stack i already had going. 1st impression was more sweating and easier breathing, i attribute the easier breathing to the ephedra but e usually doesn't make me sweat that much more than usual.

Ya I didn't really sweat but I did get really hot during the workout today.

Day 3

Morning Cardio Session:

Pre Workout: 1 hour before 20g Whey
2 Alpha-T2 @ 7:10 AM
1 Scoop ASGT

Warm up 1 mile

Stairs, 3 sets

5 40 yard dashes 100% effort

1/2 mile cool down jog

Post Workout: 1 tbsp glucosamine, 20g Whey protein, Apple

It was pretty hot out this morning at the track but......luckily I took my trusty ASGT :) this **** kicks ass especially for cardio. I wanted to keep doing more stuff but I ran out of water and I knew I'd be back a little later today for Round 2 of some cardio and abdominal stuff.

i get great results from 2 a day cardio sessions-would to 3 if wife was willing, lol.

Afternoon Cardio Session

Pre workout: 1 hour before 1 Alpha T-2,5g creatine , 40g whey
30 min before 1/2 scoops ASGT

1 mile at the track

70 push ups
20 pull ups
30 hanging leg raises
75 sit ups
50 cross crunches
minuter worth of planks
40 laying down leg raises

Was a good day of cardio, my running shoes fell apart in the middle of my run but luckily I have another pair. Really liking ASGT for cardio.

Post workout: 20g Whey protein

Dont really know at the moment haha how ever low I can get it with keeping a semi normal diet.

I'm taking today off which is Leg day, because my legs are kinda sore and I got a new tat on my ribcage.

It actually wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be, I got 40 dollars off cuz I made it easy for the artist and it went quicker then expected.

Shoulder/Traps(and decided to do bis also)

Super Super Set

Pretty intense workout I got spent pretty quickly during the super sets. Was happy with where my weight was at today.
