Pushups: 20, 20, 20

ASGT Review-----------

Pump: 2x2 on the ASGT/AP combo again today. Noticed the veins on my front delt were saying "hey how are ya," before I even got changed.

Endurance: I did 2 heavy sets (80, 80) on incline this week instead of 1 heavy set (85) last week. I could have gotten the 90s if I'd had help getting them into position, but oh well. I figure if I can't get it up there I got not business lifting it.

Energy: Even with only 6.5 hours of sleep the ASGT was able to power me through my workout. No yawning, no tired feelings.

Libido: -

Strength: I really thought I could have done those 90s this week. Oh well. I got in 5 more reps on each set of pushups this week. That counts for something. Also went up higher on flat bench this evening.

Sides: -

Narrative:-----------

I will get those 90s again. Damn my lightweight.

are using a spotter to get them up on that first rep??? My wife helped me on the 100s today and it was a world of difference. I think that is why I got a PR

Negative. Occasionally I'll get that opportunity, but often times it's a one man show.

Maybe next week I'll have a workout partner up there w/ me on chest day.

Quicky PIT

5 sprints
100 yards each
no breathing allowed

5 for 5 100%

Narrative:-------

Pollen making it hard to breathe but I was able to get 5 sprints in. I stopped at 5 instead of 10 because my core started hurting pretty bad. I blame it on training earlier this evening.

Pump: Arms felt good and full today.

Endurance: Tris weren't as sore today after yesterday's chest day so I was ready to dominate.

Energy: One yawn before training and then nothing til I got home; smooth, focused, ready.

Libido: -

Strength: More reps on the heavy set of weighted dips. 14 total reps @ 135lb instead of 4 last week. Went a little higher (20lb) on the supine grip curls as well.

Sides: -

Narrative:-----------

Weighted dips. Nuff said.

Nice increases SB. Gotta love arm day. Curls for da girls!!

I was particularly surprised to see V-Handle Cable Curls. Interesting. Not only have I not done these before, but I'm pretty sure I've never seen ANYBODY do these before. And now you just know I gotta put the test-spin on these bad boys!!:head:

I figure the V handle would hit that inner bicep so chasing that with supine grip to hit the outer head would allowing for a total bicep workout.

Genius!

ASGT Review-----------

Pump: Not much of a pump today from ASGT and AP. Gym time was kinda last minute and I wasn't able to dose them on an empty stomach.

Endurance: Shoulders + Endurance can lead to overtraining...have to keep an eye on that.

Energy: Good energy last night and this afternoon.

Libido: -

Strength: It was my first time doing push press in a long time...felt good, felt like I could have gone higher.

Sides: -

Narrative:-----------

Last night for abs and it was late so I didn't dose ASGT. Today I dosed it 30 minutes after a meal...felt like I didn't really get the same out of it that I normally do.

Tunes:------------

Haven't figured out a way I like yet that allows me to do ASGT fasted with how my meal plan is currently. Gonna keep experimenting, though, sure I'll hit on something good.

The good things you guys keep reporting makes me wonder what I'm missing - I mean, I'm liking it as is, so if it can get better - wow.

Squats: 95x15, 135x15, 175x12, 215x8, 255x8

Iron Maiden(70lb assistance): 5, 5, 5, 5

Back Extensions: 15

ASGT Review-----------

Pump: My legs were feeling pretty full today. I had to take the back way out of the gym to make it down the stairs without falling.

Endurance: Squat volume was about the same as last week, (59 vs 58 reps)

Energy: Good energy. Was able to soldier through the Iron Maiden even though I felt like I was gonna black out.

Libido: -

Strength: 255x8. That's a lot for a little guy like me. :) I'm happy about it. And it's up from last week.

Sides: -

Narrative:-----------

My abs are still sore as sh*t from Friday night. Slow controlled reps on abs = DOMS city mayor, at your service.

Okay all caught up now. Good workouts in here man. I like the v bar idea on the cables. One of my fave curl machines puts my hands in the exact same position for preacher curls as that would. However cables always offer more consistent resistance good idea.

Pullups: 20, 15, 10, 10, 10, 10

Close Grip (v-bar) Pullups: 10, 10, 9, 7

Total Pullups: 111

ASGT Review-----------

Pump: I was able to get a good squeeze in my lats this afternoon. Felt really good.

Endurance: The volume was up a little bit from last week. I attribute it to not doing weighted pullups today.

Energy: I didn't get much sleep last night but ASGT delivered. Paired with AP, the dynamic duo were able to give me the push I needed to wreak havok on my back.

Libido: -

Strength: DB Rows were up from last week as was the total number of pullups. No weighted pullups though so it would be difficult to attribute it all to ASGT and AP.

Sides: -

Narrative:-----------

My abs are still sore as sh*t from Friday night. They were making it hard as sh*t to complete those pullups but you man the f*ck up and you get sh*t done. Booyah. 111 total pullups. Read em and weep.
