Apreciate the kind words gmoney. Arms have already gained 1/2-3/4 a inch in this short time already so let the size come. The real treat is going to be in a bit when the leanness comes on more now that i am doing the cardio everyday.

Thanks man. I have really been spot on with my diet and my cardio is back were it needs to be. So just wait and see were this leads. You gotta remember that it all takes lots of work and some take way more than others. just keep at it and don't take no for a answer and you will reach your goals.

2 plates(1 on each side)-8,4 plates-8, 6 plates-8, 6 plates 2 25's-8,8 plates-6 I have never got anywhere close to this with such deep range of motion.I am getting so strong every workout.

Leg extensions
115-10,130-10,145-10,160-10,175-10

Standing hammy machine(one leg at a time)
50-10,60-10,70-8,80-8(2 sec hold at top)

stiff leg deads
135-10,135-10,135-10,185-10

I did a set of calves between each set of legs except for the extensions and standing hammies, so i got in roughly 14 sets of calves too.
All I can say is this cycle is really starting to take off for the stratosphere. I am flying high again as ozzy would say. I have kicked cardio up to each day and sometimes twice a day like yesterday. I can't wait to see what happens next week and the week after. My strength is amazing and no sides so far. The fullness and pump i get is just ridiculous. The other day i was doing bi's and the pump was so strong and painful that i couldn't do sh1t for weight and my range of motion was half what it normally is.For anyone who is thinking about doing some test, lets just say you won't be disappointed

lol thanks bud! Yeah squats have always been a very bad part for me compared to other body parts, but they are coming along.

I added some oil but not much. It was still painful afterwords too. The last 2 have been a lot better though. i am thinking maybe my body isn't used to it and now it is getting more accustomed to it. Who knows for sure. hope it continues to get better.

It is mainly just in the amount of weight i can squat compared to my leg press. It seems way off to me. I also feel that when i go heavy with squats it feels like my knees are about to blow out. they never hurt really just pop a little and feel like they are about to come apart on heavies.

Do you use wraps or a sleeve or anything? If your joints are not feeling the love then you may want to whether you feel the weight requires it or not. Just the confidence alone of feeling that pressure holding everything together may help you put more weight on the bar. Also as you have probably heard a million times initiate the movement with the hips not the knees. Just sink back and down at the hips to keep the stress off of the knees. My squat and leg press are so far from each other it is ridiculous. I honestly think my legs get bigger off of leg press due to the amount of weight I can move there compared to my squat. Last I checked I could squat 405 for 2 reps. That is neither amazing nor bad for a guy my size, but I can push 1000 lbs for 8 reps on leg press going so deep my knees almost touch my ears. That is impressive.
 
Hello everyone.

I started me first inject on sat night. I am going to be pinning sat and wed. I have some gear right now that is a mixture of 200mgs of enathate and 50 prop. I will use this up first and then I have 250 enathate that I will kick in once this gear is gone. I plan on running 500 a week and maybe bumping to 750 toward the second half of the cycle, but that is just a thought at the moment. I am going to run a 50mg dose of hdrol to kickstart it for 4 weeks.

Cals will be around 4000 for the first couple weeks and then gradually increase as my size increases. Food will be super clean and on point. Cardio will be done 4 days a week and sometimes more. My goal is not to just gain as much weight as possible but more to gain the most quality lean muscle with minimal fat gain.

Hopefully the shots get better cause my first one is not feeling that great. It starts to hurt real bad at night if I am not moving it. No pain no gain I guess. I plan on working the muscle out that I inject to help ease the oil into the body better. I remember doing this before and it seemed to help the inject site alot.

Pct is going to be torm, clomid(for 3 weeks) and t911 and formadrol extreme
I also have some armidex on hand for on cycle bloat. I might bring hcg into play but will try to get by without it if I can.

My goals are to gain about 10 pounds and gain extreme strength on all lifts which will happen.

fish oil
bcaa, eaas
liver support
hawthorn berries
celery extract
and whole cows on a regular basis

I have reached a small stale mate in the weight gain department but the strength is continuing to rise. I am going to bump my enanthate to 750 a week once my other stuff comes in the mail. I am hoping that this will bring the gains back into play. I have gained about 8 pounds so far so I am not doing bad anyways. I am not going to post my weights this week because I am doing a high rep scheme this week.(12-15 reps) I did this because my body wasn't getting sore at all and i miss the feeling lol. I have noticed that my recovery is out of this world lately. I am never sore and I feel like i could hit everything 3 times a week, but I won't I will keep it at once a week.

I think i am just going to use 2-3 preworkout? How does that sound? Does this have the same effects of the mmv2? If it works the same as the mmv2 then I will just use it preworkout.
 
Yea, it has the same effects, but you should dose 4, especially if just pre workout... I love me some MMV2 and MMV3.
 
I miss the MMV2. Never tried the 3rd version yet.

I have my theories on the differences of the two isomers, but I am not a chemist and will let Eric, IC, or Resolve speak on this before I potentially make an ass out of myself.

You can still get MMV2 on some sites, and I am pretty sure Stano-drol is an MMV2 clone by CEL. I am gonna be enjoying MMV3 myself for the time being.

Stronger. Think natty test booster vs pro hormone. It hits you on a deeper level. Kinda have to try it to understand... closest thing I would say I have experienced to "roid rage" or whatever. I love it.
