KLEEN Stays STOKED! between stacks. (Sponsored)

HOLY!!! Excuse me while i wipe the drool off my chin!

ftw Ultimate warrior is how i got interested in bodybuilding. and um i think they were back in the days of his peak ulitmate warrior number 3 . but yeah i remember that the day it aired

I am still really enjoying the STOKED! it has kept me optimal and aggressive, as well my libido never took a hit. I have been my usual horndog self. I am really happy with STOKED! and will continue to use it for sure. I am nearing the end of this run. I can tell by what is left in the bottle is getting thinner and thinner. :( Not sure exactly how many days left. I will be starting an HGH Pro log soon with some other dietary goodies to help me continue cutting down. Give my body a month off the T Boosters. I found some Receptor online and am going to take that during the month to clean my receptors so they are nice and ready for my next test boosting stack. I am not sure if I will run a separate log for my training and countdown to the show and one specifically for the products I am running. I want to somehow have most of my information in one log during the prep. I will figure it out and let everyone know before it is all said and done.

Workout 3
5 sets on first 2 exercises A1 - A2 supersetted 30 seconds rest between excercises. All exercises 3 second positive contraction 1 second negative.

Squats - 135x12, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x9 Well my kneed wasn't overly happy about these so I will change them out for Leg Press, it will also superset better with the Dorians since they are lower back intensive just holding the weight . By the last set I was sweating like nobody's business. Breathing hard and dripping, shirt already bleeding through with sweat. I actually failed on the last set, those 3 second positives are killer.

Dorian Rows - 95x12, 145x10, 145x10, 145x10, 145x8 - Man my back is still hammered from these, the contraction was so good and tight from going so slow. My last set I had to go a little explosive to make it to 8 so the long portion was the negative on the last couple reps.

2 Drop sets on the rest

Heavy Cable Crossovers - 120x13 > 90x9 > 60x9 Oh yeah baby, I put a little bit of weight on here. Will go up next time too. :D Felt great, nice and strong, great control. Needed a beast mode section!

DB Upright Rows - 40x12 > 30x9 > 20x9 Holy crap these were burning, and so pumped it looked like my delts were going to pop off. Crazy how heavy 20's an feel. Leaned forward on 3rd drop to get read delts involved more too.

Skull Crushers - 80x11 > 60x9 > 40x8 Man these felt good, done as usuall with arms out at 45 degrees pointing up and behind my head to really get that third head.

BB Curls - 65x12 > 55x6 > 40x7 We didn't start the fire!!! LOL Man there were burining and so pumped it was ridiculous.

Oh yes weight has dropped a little I am right at 200, and I look a little leaner. I am staying relatively full getting in 150-200 carbs a day however I think the fat loss needs a kick in the pants so I will lower cals a bit and some of that will be in the form of carbs then add in a refeed every 3rd day. I think the refeeds are really going to help me with my approach. So I have an idea how I am going to fill up.

I ordered my other posing DVD this weekend and will be using it soon to practice. I will let you guys know what I think about it.

Just a lil something to be STOKED! about.

T^hanks, and you are right. As much as i wanted to squat today let me know it was the heavy squatting not the heavy leg press that got me. I shouldn't have been in such a hurry to rep 405.... Oh well slow and steady next time on the way up.

Yes Sir, pulled closer to the hips than to the bottom of the rib cage for a really good lat squeeze.
****ing awesome dedication bro!

Oh and the motto pics are nice too ;)

Why thank you Sir!

I hardly ever do the overhand version anymore. I can feel the Dorians so much better.

I'd love to have one of those old Nautilus pullover machines like he uses to do his reverse-grip machine pullovers on. I used to belong to a gym that had one of those. It only had 200lbs. on the stack so I'd put two 50lb. DB's on top of the stack for more resistance. Now that was a killer exercise.

I love that machine!!!!! Of course I love DB Pullovers too!

Incidentally, I think I am going to be able to put more mass on my legs with leg press than having to go lighter on the squat due to stability being a factor with the sprain. Leg press was much more controlled even though it was a harder contraction. The dead lifts will take care of my posterior chain and don't require as deep a bottom as squatting does. I have to keep size in mind right now more than functional strength. DAMN!

And people think that I'm insane??!!:rofl:

Warrior's ramblings were non-sensical and borderline unintelligible. But it made for good entertainment and he did have a huge muscular physique to back up his boasts.

LOLOL, yes they were. The originator of white ebonics.

Yeah, and Thunder and i seem to have come to the same conclusion on the overhand grip for rowing. Do it wide and pull it higher, get tie ins and rear delts more activated and use the Dorians for sheer power, maximum contraction and thick ass mass!

Most of you might know this. The Ultimate Warrior's real name is Jim Hellwig. And he wrote 2 comic books about himself as the Warrior. You guys ought to find those. They were really good. This guy truly believes in himself......much like I do.

oooo i like that!!! I'm a huge believer in the dorian rows. . .Its amazing i will have to try an wide overhand grip with focusing on the contraction. . . hmmm i love it ya'll!! :AR15firing:

So on my day of rest I choose to bring vigor into all of our lives. Prepare to STOKE the fire!

I give you Pauline Nordin OMFG!!!!!!!!

Alright im all caught up

Im liking how the workout split is going. Looking forward to workout 4!

You guys are going to love it. I think Thunder pulls to just above his sternum, and I am about midway up my sternum to the clavicle area. Your rear delts will love you for loading them with some weight this way, the medial delts get smashed too as well as the traps and rhomboids. Yeah man it is an awesome contraction. Make sure to let your shoulders roll forward at the end of the movement to get the back fully stretched then pull it back to truly get the full range of motion. None of that pinching the blades together stuff on this move. Defeats the purpose of the change in width and grip.

Today was a cardio and ab day. I did 45 minutes on treadmill and crunches in the sauna.
I am feeling pretty good will probably go for a walk at lunch it is so nice outside.

So for your viewing pleasure a great scene from Jennifer's Body, you can jump to about 50 seconds or so to get to the good part, and it is only about a minute but DAMN, I am just STOKED! about it.

Ahhh nice video I meant log LOL!!!

Yeah that has to be the sexiest pg 13 scene I have ever seen in my life.

Nice addition Kleen! Definitely Wood Stack approved! LOL...

ALL i can say is I love kleens posts!! not sure if i started it with all teh libido checks baby!! BUT KLEEN YOU HAVE SOME AMAZING LIBIDO CHECKS BIG MAN!!!

You know, I stole the idea from somewhere. LOL Either your log or someone elses that was doing them too. They may have gotten it from you as well. Either way, GLAD YOU LIKE! Not all of my logs will have this but since STOKED! is so nice on the libido anyway might as well play into it.

Dorian Rows just look like loose form bent over rows to me.... allows you to do more weight I guess. 2 of the vids I saw they were bent over and used body english, the other the guy was almost standing straight up and no body English...

Have you watched Dorian Yates himself doing these? That's a real treat.

Yah I'm a bit confused about the right form and what makes them any different from what I have been doing for years. I use both over and underhand, underhand works lower. I usually keep very tight form but when I go very heavy then of course there is movement. I am intersted in the correct form cuz I would be a beast a these...

Dorian's done for power there is always some body english but when done for contraction quality the upper body sway should be pretty minimal and the squeeze of the contraction is better especially lower in the lats with the dorians. I think a lot of the time the guys doing Dorian's, or much of anyting on youtube are trying to show off with excessive weight for them. Every once in a while you run into people setting great examples of things.
One reason I like Dorian's though is how well they also work the biceps. That kind of weight on the biceps gives em one heck of a work out too.

Underhand works the biceps yah. I do Dorians when I load heavier already I think... some small body english when the load is very heavy.

I prefer underhand myself. For a couple of reasons. I feel them lower in my lats and I like that thick lower lat look.....like my avatar.
Secondly, it reduces the weight you can use since it hits the biceps hard. The lighter weight lends itself to better form.

I alternate them from one routine to another.. you can do both if you use lower volume too..

Yah I think I get the form, it's just a little jerk to help you get the bigger weight, which is exactly what I do.

I am the same DW, I rotate them back and forth depending on the week. Hate seeing guys at the gym doing these standing up and bringing it only to their junk!!!

They turn rows into some weird herky-jerky cheat shrugs or something. :silly:

Doug, I agree with you and think some small body english can be useful. Arnold used to do cheat curls and look at his arms. In my opinion, currently, the controlled negative is what tears the muscle down the most.

Yeah I went looking for a good demonstration and every one of them is damn near standing up doping some weird shrug looking thing to their junk... WTF! Some of them looked like they should know better too. If your back is above a 45 degree you are too dang high as a matter of fact if your back is much more than 30 degrees you are to high, go do shrugs... I would call the stuff those guys were doing Thigh drags, kind of like a drag curl but not effective. I got busy with some stuff today let me get dinner started and I will put up this mornings workout and maybe even a hottie...

i tried to row 405 once.....i ended up bruising my legs b/c i couldnt control the weight properly....this was before i discovered AM and still worked out my ego more then my muscles.

Of mistakes of proud youth....im lucky i didnt get seriously injured.

My only problem with reversing the grip is that it hurts my wrists and im unable to add much weight. Same thing with str8 barbell curls. My buddy asked me to rotate my wrists and i discovered my wrists just dont naturally go that far...kinda weird but im workin on it. An EZ curl bar is alot easier for me to curl/reverse row.

actually I like the EZ bar on the reverse grip as well. The hand placement is much more natural. Perhaps those guys doing the junk-ups (my word for pulling it to your junk only) just need to get married or something...

It's how you cheat though, as long as your holding your elbows still your going to get a good contraction and yah when you cheat a curl up fight to hold it at 90 degrees it's fuggin painfull but results are very good!!

I use what I call the Gorilla stance, just picture the Gorilla at the zoo and you got it right on. Even Dorian is a bit high for me but with that kind of wieght I suppose it's necessary to be higher.
