Deads went very well.

Completed all 5x5 at projected 330. My grip will become my kryptonite as progression continues.

Projected progression will be another 15 pounds for next week.

I did 4 more sets of bi/back work at 5x5 and bailed.

Pumps were great, sweatn was really good, seems like my V02max is rising. This a PLUS!

Getting ready to eat a couple fish filets and wash down my stoked/testopro with the essentials jc.

The most I have ever pulled was 405 for 2.......I just dont has the grip. I dont use straps. I would progress up to it with low volume.

I was doing 365 for 5 when I was pulling 405 for 2, but i only did 1 set of each.

I usually just bang 315 till I turn purple,do that 3 times .......Then drop to 225and really get nutz for a couple sets. Then Im done with deads.

I havent really done a 5x5 program in a LONG time, so I would say we are getting close to PR's for sure.

Either way, next week I will have to have my A-game on to pull all 25.

I use straps as well.

I used to pull heavy singles for one with under/over but I think the intense gripping worsening my already existing elbow injury a while back. now a days its staps

Damn bro just ate breakfasta while ago now I am hungry gain.
 
The OEP does that well of a job keeping down the hunger levels?

For some it crushes hunger, me it just eases it off to where I am satisfied with what I am eating. I could really feel the difference when I got off of it though. It was a bit tough without it. When I am on it I don't get hungry till it's time to eat for the most part.

Right on.

Certain exercises like squats you'll need longer than something like biceps or shoulders because something like squats tax the system so hard.

A rule of thumb is until you are at least breathing some what normal again. You do not want to pass out. On the other hand, do not wait too long or the intensity can go down.
