Tomahawk Stop Being Stupid (Turinabol LV)

indianapolis has a place called nifs-national institute for fitness and sports. this place is freaking huge with every possible piece of equipment known to man. i have been using the neck machines and really feel like my overall strength has increased since i have been doing this. i highly recommend you continue to work on strengthening the neck.

Well when I say neck presses I mean bench press but instead of coming down to the chest u go down to ur neck. It actually works the chest muscles a lot more just have to use lighter weight and stop sets early. I even set up the catches so it will come down too far.

But yes being a former wrestler I am very concious of my neck because my wrestling coach would destroy my neck. I left practices feeling like I got beat up on a daily basis.

most gyms i have been to don't have equipment for the neck, i feel fortunate to have such a great facility so near. not kidding since i have included a neck workout i feel like my whole body is stronger and lifts have gone up.

Ya the base fitness center I go to has a neck machine which can be quite comical. An old guy was on the one where u bob ur head and he had his mouth open :lol:

Idk how many times in the past I have had nerves pinched from lifting so hard so I know the benefit of a strong neck.

seen many of the colts in nifs, including dallas clark-and every last one of them includes a neck workout.

yea i would if i played football. their necks can take a beating when tackling ect..

is there a way to work the neck without a machine?

i remember isometrics back in the day. lace your hands in front of forehead and push using neck. or hand on side of head and push keeping head still. not as good as the machines but something you can do watching tv or whatever-if you do it enough you can see decent results.
 
No gym lately but still hitting the supps and food. Up the dose of Turinabol LV to 90mg. I think I am going to be adding Sustain Alpha TD on cycle to combat libido loss bc no body like that. Today will be home shoulder workout with some pull ups since I want to improve them.

you have libido loss already or you just thinking in advance- reason i ask is some of us get a boost in libido from hdrol.

Well I ran 10 super 10 phera for the 1st 2 weeks of the cycle on workout days. But it is a weird feeling. I kinda dont want it but then when I do its bad. Plus lasting a bit too long for my liking. Some times u just wanna get the job over and done with.

didn't know about the other ph's-give the sustain a go and see. if it don't work out on cycle save it for pct.
 
Well I have a stock pile of Sustain Alpha so I figure not going to kill me to test 1 out on cycle.

well i doubt very much it will kill you to add it, so go for it, lol. i could think of many worse things you could do!
 
h-drol defiantly boosts my libido personally. what are you looking to add something for libido support or more growth? SD killed i mean killed my libido. i would blame that as the cause

Well my libido is kinda boosted but kinda not. It is like it is confused what it is supposed to do lol. A little of both but mainly libido support. Dont want the dead zone down below.
 
3/16 day 18
Did a home shoulder workout with giant set. Not much weights so limited rest between exercises to stay fatigued. Even did some slow hanging pull ups which appear to be improving. Been feeling in a good mood but crashed as of late. I need something good to happen.
 
Lol no but thanks for trying I guess. Best thing that could happen is I can get back to working out in a gym like place. I want my car back damn it! :drive:

Yea, i hear ya. Wish i could help. You seem to be making it work with what you have, hopefully you can get back in the gym soon.
 
Just rubbed on some Sustain Alpha. Man this stuff smells and is hard to rub in. Maybe I should work on my flexibility. Hopefully this will make the ride a bit more smooth come PCT time.

3 rounds of this then 7 set of DB curls.

I feel like I am recomping nicely. I cant wait to see how my weight reflects this. Might have found a way to the gym but wont be for another 2 weeks. It is driving me nuts but Id rather bull through my cycle. I think I can still make some progress.

man, you live in georgia-weather should be nice, get your azz out to a park or trail. took my dog for a run in the park this morning and it felt great to be outdoors.

hahaha, the last week the weather here in indy has been superb. nice to be able to go outdoors without a coat. supposed to snow next week though-go figure, lol.
 
Had a decent home chest workout. Got a good pump surprisingly. Ready to HIT the weights though.

I like Sustain Alpha on cycle thats for sure. Gives a good mood and libido boost. Going to the club Saturday night most likely. Hopefully the ole libido doesnt get me into too much trouble :lol:

3/18 Day 20

Home chest workout

4 round giant set
20 push ups
10 DB flyes with 30 pounds
10 DB presses with weights pressed together
10 DB presses

That gave me a big chest pump. It could have been a worse workout but I am def looking forward to going to the fitness center on Sunday. I plan on mixing in some calves too.
 
3/19 Day 21
Wow I am def starting to notice a difference. I see a difference in composition. My chest and shoulders are really shining through. If it wasnt for my gut I would walk around shirtless lol.

Did legs today kinda. Was pressed for time so I only did squats and leg curls.
Squats worked up to 405. Got a set of 6 and it felt pretty light. I will def up my workout weight next time.
Leg curls I did 3 sets fairly light for 15 reps and got a good burn going.
I have to leave out calves but I will hit them on Sunday with chest.
 
Cycle seems to be going well mate, haha, you'll lose the gut in no time, fat loss stack post PCT? :D

this is where hdrol-turin starts getting good, that's why many guy's run 6 week cycles. this next week should be sweet.
 
3/20 Day 22
Did back in the gym.
Rack pulls: Didnt really go heavy. Did some doubles with 495 then finished it off with a set of 5.
Hanging pull ups: Did a number of sets of 5-6 reps really getting a good stretch.
Seated cable rows: nothing too special got a good pump going FULL ROM.
Lat pull downs: really focused in on my lats.

Another good Saturday workout. I went in kinda tired and let pumped.

Made it to the fitness center today.
Really lucked out and a friend of mine was there. He joined me for chest.
Flat bench(get ready): 225*14, 275*7PR, 315*4PR, 335*1PR, 315*4, 275*7, 225*15 PR
Neck presses: 105*20, 155*15, 195*8,12
Pec Deck super top squeeze: 130*12*10
Tri ext super set reverse then regular: 50*10,10,10

I had a beastly chest pump going on. Chest was bright red and veiny. It was showing through my shirt and my tris were feeling out the sleeves. It felt amazing cant wait to do it again!

Had a ride to the FC today.
T-bar rows: 5 plates 12 reps 6 plates 5 reps damn BIG difference
Pull ups: 6,5,5,6
1 arm rows: 120*14, 150*5
High rows with lat pulldown machine: 70*15, 80*14, 90*12
Hammer Curls: 65*18, 70*16, 70*14
reverse pec deck: 90*12, 90*11, 90*10
some abs then steam room

Those arent all my sets but those r most especially the big ones.

Libido is high as a kite. I am hoping I can lock up this date on Thursday then go to the club on Friday night.

Ya my only compliant is all this weight that is coming on. More of a recomp though so not too bad.

Im taking 90mg(3ml) of the Turinabol LV and I upped my Furaguno to 264mg.

I should take a day off soon but today and tomorrow I can actually lift so I am going to take advantage of it and just rest Thursday :yawn:

I have actually decided to up Furaguno to 9 just to make sure I finish it before the Turinabol LV plus really get it to kick and help out.

I havent actually put on much weight at all. I think the only weight I put on was intially bc of the multi compound pill. I have def leaned out though. I am keeping steady at about 235 with everything on come workout time.

I dont think u can go wrong with either but epi(7 week pulse) really shredded me up to give me that summer look. I think the Turinabol LV is filling me out a bit more. Please ask if I need to clarify what I am trying to say lol.
 
for sure, actually i have always wanted to pulse epi. How did you dose it, taken on what days? and what would stack with it? 7 weeks is where its at? also any effects on libido

3/24 Day 26
Shoulders today at the FC. Was a little bit rushed for time but not too much.
Seated DB press: 80*11, 90*5, 90*4, 90*2 (never tried that much before probably should have had a spot. Was a pain just to get them up)
No idea what to call these. Basically 1 arm standing barbell press: 50*10, 60*10, 70*9
Up right rows: 135*10, 135*10, 135*10
DB shrugs(straps): 150*14, 150*12

Went back later and did a spin class. Probably should have done legs today since I can pretty much do shoulders at home.

Kind of got blinded by my libido but my head is back on straight and going to KILL some weight the next chance I get. I pray whoever spots me on squats next time knows what they are doing.
 
3/25 day 27
Nothing too special to report. Didnt go workout today. My back was killing me early on in the day and I iced it. Diet was on point. Low carbing is so much fun. I cant wait to have carbs this weekend lol.
Should be able to hit the gym tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday. Saturday might help a friend move then def watching UFC 111.
 
3/26 Day 28
Going to the GYM with my friend Matt. We are doing legs. He is my workout partner who has me on legs so I am excited to lift with him. Usually do deads with him and crush him so this should be good.

Will post some things up later.

DAMN IT! Forgot my Chucks now I have to squat in my running shoes.

Squats: 405: 7 should have gone for 8 but felt weird squatting with running shoes. Talking LOW squats too. I should record how low I go.
hack squats: 180*20, 180*20, 270*9 I was just so pumped
lying leg curls: 90*12, 90*12, 90*12, 90*12 different machine felt light of course
donkey calf raises: 405*14, 405*14, 405*12, 405*9 Man how I miss those.

My jeans feel looser today and my undershirt is def snug. Recomping is a thing of beauty!
