indianapolis has a place called nifs-national institute for fitness and sports. this place is freaking huge with every possible piece of equipment known to man. i have been using the neck machines and really feel like my overall strength has increased since i have been doing this. i highly recommend you continue to work on strengthening the neck.
Well when I say neck presses I mean bench press but instead of coming down to the chest u go down to ur neck. It actually works the chest muscles a lot more just have to use lighter weight and stop sets early. I even set up the catches so it will come down too far.
But yes being a former wrestler I am very concious of my neck because my wrestling coach would destroy my neck. I left practices feeling like I got beat up on a daily basis.
