Had this for dinner last night:

Ingredients:
  • Salmon - cooked in pan with squeezed lemon juice, a little ginger and some herbs
  • Fresh Salad with greens and red peppers and tomatoes
  • Fresh Cantaloupe

The Salmon was browned on each side in a frying pan, and then covered with tin foil to cook all the way through. Seasoned with a little ginger, some other herbs, and just a pinch of brown sugar.

Lunch

Ingredients:
1/2 lb 92/8 Ground Beef
1/2 Green Pepper
Carrots
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Strawberries

Seasoned the ground beef with lemon/herb seasoning, sesame seeds, and some spicy seasoning that i found in the cabinet (doesn't help much for reproducing the recipe, but you can adapt your own seasonings to your likings)

haha nice. a whole pepper uncooked. "I dem bishes like apples, fool!"

yea 1/2 a raw pepper is :food: i actually ended up filling it with some of the ground beef and eating it that way. It was strangely delicious

haha that's actually a dish kinda. it's called stuffed bellpeppers. you basically put dirty rice in a bellpepper and cover it with cheese then bake it

this all sounds so delicious

I BBQ'd jerk marinated pork ribs this week, but only a single slab. I ate it all by myself split in two meals.
