The One and 2nd Gear

im gonna start my cycle of THE ONE before i start i like to ask some advice on how to really gain aleast 15lbs to 20lbs....i used this product before,and i gained 10 -13 lbs and i kept it.... So this time i want to gain more,since ive been reading stuff about this and if you do it right you will probley gain around 20lbs...
i just want some advice what to take and stuff,if you want i can post stuff i was planning to take?

There is no clear cut answer as to how to gain 20lbs bud. The best you can do is eat a ton (when I say a ton I mean 6,000 cals or more a day) and lift heavy with high intensity. The training part is the easy part, the diet part is the hard part. Another thing, don't worry about gaining fat...it is going to happen...focus on gaining as much mass as possible (if your training hard enough most of the mass will be muscle) and if your eating a lot and training heavy (every workout should be more intense than the last) you should have some nice results. That is about all anyone can tell you.

I went into work with a t-shirt on for the first time all year for a meeting, and you should of seen everyone asking questions, wanting to workout with me and asking what type of training I do. My response was my WORK ETHIC got me here. I love this stuff. One question tho. Is 2nd gear enough and when do i start.

Yes 2nd Gear is enough (it is was made specifically to pair with the ONE for PCT) and you start it the day after your last dose of The ONE. Additionally, adding DRIVE along with 2nd Gear would only help matters.

Yes, start 2nd gear after The One. You can take both Drive and HGHup along with 2nd gear if you so choose. That would be a hell of a Natty PCT!

That answers all of my questions so far. Thank you for your quick response.

Yes, after using The ONE, you use 2nd GEAR as part of your PCT - it was designed specifically for this purpose.

You can use either Drive or HGHup♂ or BOTH products alongside 2nd GEAR in your PCT, and you'd get the best results stacking all three of them. At a MINIMUM you should use 2nd GEAR and Drive.

There is a LOT of difference between Drive and HGHup♂. Basically, Drive is a testosterone booster, whilst HGHup♂ is a Growth Hormone AND Testosterone booster, and both products have different effects. Read through the product overview and technical write-ups:

Yup. You should be using creatine ALL the time if you're resistance training, on-cycle or not!

I've always thought/heard otherwise....especially with methyls. I was under the impression that taking creatine on-cycle causes added stress to your liver. Plus, the break from creatine while on-cycle would make the creatine more effective in PCT. Thoughts?

Whether you use creatine on-cycle is up to you...Bear in mind that if you take a break from creatine on-cycle, then your muscle creatine levels will have dropped from threshold and will only start increasing again during PCT.

this is what i've been doing/taking without taking "the one" yet (still waiting for it to come in the mail)
wake up 6:00AM
breakfast 6:30AM (4 eggs,4egg whites,2tsbp olive oil,1cup oatmeal,1cupmilk,banana)
after breafast (1cap fish fats,3caps orange triad)
PRE WORKOUT 7:50AM (JACK3D)
Gym 8:10AM
finish Gym 9:00AM/9:30AM
Post Workout around 9:30AM (cyto Gainer with Torrent)
i wanted to ask should i add something here or is this ok....
and should i add something to it if i start taking "the one"
 
i have a bottle of this stuff...interested to see if this would work, i have the one, have the 2nd gear, i have test boosters on hand...none with forslean, if i just got a bottle of forslean can i add that in with the test booster and the 2nd gear?

Depends on what testosterone booster you have.

Then, yeah, you could add it. It's not needed, though, and you'd be fine with what 2nd GEAR and the testosterone boosters that you have.

alrite nice, didn't know if it abs necessary for a product like "the one" because of reading things about the whole cAMP thing...also have hghup and that didn't have that ingredient in it either...good to know thanks

It's NOT necessary, per se, but, for PCT for ANY hormonal I'd recommend a stack that increases cAMP levels, total testosterone, and free testosterone levels (not saying that you have to have all that, but IMO is what is required for optimal results). As long as your PCT does all that, then you should be set.

You can do either. Start off with 3 caps first thing in the morning. If you start experiencing any lethargy then go to splitting the dose into 2 caps first thing in the morning, and then 1 caps 4-6 hours later.

I have been on the 'One' for 5 days. days 1-2 fine. Felt great. Dosing 3 caps 1st thing on emptly stomach. Day 3 was my day off, i again followed the same procedure. This day on (3-5) i have been getting horrendous hedaches, i mean like they are so unbearable.. Im thinking of stopping this, unless you can give me some methods to overcome this pain? Would 2 caps then 1 cap later be better> Also on a full stomach maybe?

If your recommended methods do NOT work for me, i will be quiting this stuff. Where do i stand in terms of the 2nd gear? i believe i need to take it as i have noticed a small shrinkage to my 'boys'...along with my Tbooster which i have. How long will i need to do this for?

Are you pulsing The ONE (I cannot think of another reason why you are doing a 2 days on/1 day off procedure)?

DO make sure that you are DRINKING enough - a primary cause of headaches is dehydration.

You can choose to dose 2 caps first thing and then 1 cap 6 hours later, or continue on dosing 3 caps first thing. You can also choose to dose The ONE with food.

As far as 2nd GEAR, you do NOT need to use it. And certainly should NOT use it on-cycle - it is for PCT. Testosterone boosters also should be used on PCT and NOT on-cycle.

If you choose to stop The ONE, then you can start your testosterone booster, and I would recommend just using that for however long you were going to run it. You could also use 2nd GEAR - but would only need to for the same period length that you used The ONE for, and stack that with your testosterone boosting for an anabolic stack.

Your "boys" aren't going to shrink after 5 days of using a mild prohormone... Maybe the headaches are just a symptom of you having small nuts to begin with?
 
headaches are more indicative of blood pressure issues

Tru Dat, but also skeletal-muscle issues. I was getting nasty headaches every time I would start getting into a work out. Turned out it was my back (because of sitting all day at my job) and I needed to really stretch a lot more. So, it depends on where the headache is felt and how/when it comes on.

Agreed. I can definitely tell the difference between a blood pressure headache and a headache from a pinched nerve.....feels totally different IMO.
