best way to dose clomid?

im using clomid as part of pct for a hdrol/pplex stack, and wondering how to dose the clomi. been getting advice from someone who says 50/50/50/50 is how i should do it, but would it be better to taper off at end or no? thanks
 
stack tha clomi with nolva, take 6 capsuls daily for best results(obv die) but then use the nolva regularly, and every now and then take a pill of pplex, once a week, and you'll get best results from clomi
 
just take it whenever, it doesnt matter its not necessary to split it up
 
It's up in the air about whether to taper it. It has a long half life and if you are using a low dose it shouldn't matter that much. I do anyway just to hopefully minimize sides. I would take more than 50 the first few days, like 100/100/100/75/50/50/50 for the first week then run the last week at 25.

7 weeks of clomi wtf lol? this is awful advice
 
I personally run Clomid at 50/50/50/50/ along with Torem at 120 first 3 days then 60 for the rest of PCT.
 
doctors prescribe 25-50mg ED.

I dont understand why people are dosing so high?

Also the half-life is like 5-7 days.

So EOD or E3D is sufficient when dosed properly.

Detectable amounts are in the body ALOT longer, but looks as if the first 50% is gone after about 5 days. Mainly, via the #2 outlet. lol.

Pharmacokinetics

Based on early studies with 14C-labeled clomiphene citrate, the drug was shown to be readily absorbed orally in humans and excreted principally in the feces. Cumulative urinary and fecal excretion of the 14C averaged about 50% of the oral dose and 37% of an intravenous dose after 5 days. Mean urinary excretion was approximately 8% with fecal excretion of about 42%.

Some 14C label was still present in the feces 6 weeks after administration. Subsequent single-dose studies in normal volunteers showed that zuclomiphene (cis) has a longer half-life than enclomiphene (trans). Detectable levels of zuclomiphene persisted for longer than a month in these subjects. This may be suggestive of stereo-specific enterohepatic recycling or sequestering of the zuclomiphene. Thus, it is possible that some active drug may remain in the body during early pregnancy in women who conceive in the menstrual cycle during Clomid therapy.

yeah don't listen to this guy....

clomid for the stack u did at 50mgs the entire way would be fine.
