Just making sure im not overdoing it for my next cycle.
 
What is your cycle? Usually I dont use the ATD, dont want estro rebound. And what will you run clomid at?
 
i take it is your first cycle,havoc dosing is to low,run it 20/30/30/40and clomid is to high.run clomid 50/50/25/25 this should work for you and do you have support supplement's?

Second so im still a novice, first one was excellent I have orange Cycle support so i picked up some CoQ10 and RYR, I also have fish oil, and I take Opti-men. Thank you thats sounds good i know when the clomid dose gets to high you start to get some negative side effects :/
 
yeah you def can have the sides with the higher dose's,havoc is pretty mild compared to super,phera,m1t,tren,ect......so if you keep the clomid low you will be fine.
 
do havoc 30 all the way through

and clomid 50/50/25/25 is good

inhibit e is an option, but not necessarily needed, other 2 are good!
