exactly, aspirating creates a vacuum. If blood doesn't get into the vacuum you are fine. And you don't have to pull back very hard/far/long.

And don't reuse the syringes, that's kinda nasty, and they're cheap

yeah, don't reuse the syringe buddy, too risky to save like .75 or less.

I also run my test cycles with higher doses in the beginning, it's called "frontloading" and is not uncommon, especially with sust.

alright just in 6 weeks after my last shot and I feel fully recovered i weigh now 200-205 and my bf% went from 20.2 taken via pinch method in august to 14.5 % taken today I and very happy with my results...I gained muscle size and cuts while losing 6 percent of body fat go figure

so you lost 5 pounds on cycle?what did you gain or lose on cycle,you said you were 20.2% in august and now 14% in feb,that is in a 6 month period?you started the cylce in nov.?

If he went from 20.2 to 14.5 he lost 5.7% of bodyfat.
If he weighed the same, he must have gained 12 lbs of muscle.
He lost 5 lbs during
7 lbs of muscle gained.

I might agree with you since it is only a few percent BF he is looking to lose -- could do that without AAS or muscle loss in a pretty short time but if he wanted to get sub 10% then he might need it to preserve muscle -- plus he is a little older so it can be a little harder to hold muscle while dieting.

What would a good Sust dose EW be?

Well he obviously wasnt cutting between August and November haha... Your cycle actually went well, happy for ya haha! Should have added in HGH, HCG and clen. You may have lost a couple more BF percentages if not more and gained a couple lbs of more lean mass. But great job with your cut! i want to see some pics mate! Unlike you and Unreal, I can go in excess of 500g carbs a day complex/simple and not put on fat; some slight bloat, but thats ok..

i've never even heard of those books. If you're going to spend money on a book, get Seth Roberts' book Anabolic Pharmacology. I thought I knew a lot but just my first read/skim through the book has dramatically improved my understanding.

if Unreal says he learned even the smallest thing from that book then most of AM can learn a lot.
