The 24hr Fitness Downtown. It's 10-15min from my lab. Not the most hardcore place to lift, but it's nearby and typically uncrowded when I go. I'd love to go to the Metroflex out in Plano sometime, but haven't had the time.

I can only imagine how weak they would make me look. On the other hand, I can only imagine how nice a change that would be - to be one of the smaller, weaker guys in the room, surrounded by guys I could actually learn something from!

I apologize for my absence guys - I have deathly ill. Like, unable to walk, throwing up so hard I go into shock, ill.

Whatever BW had, turns out it wasn't food poisoning; she gave it to me and I got it worse than her.

I lifted on Monday and set a couple of PRs: 285 x5 for my oly front squats and 320x5 for bench. I started getting stomach cramps during the workout, but thought it was just from how hard I was pushing myself. My health just went downhill after that though.

I didn't lift Tuesday and may not lift tomorrow, depending on how I feel.

I'll get started back on ND as soon as I'm feeling well again, but for right now, I'm holding off and just doing 200mg I3C.
 
Hope you turn it around soon R. Rest up and feel better.

You guys really kept things lively in here while I've been down for the count. Finally feeling like I'm on the mend - I ate the first real meal today that I've had since Sunday. I've been living off of pretzels, juice and alka-seltzer. Still weak and exhaust easily, but I haven't thrown up since yesterday! I don't know what the hell I have, but it was freaking raunchy.

I'm going to take it easy the rest of the weekend and start everything back up (lifting, ND, etc) on Monday.
 
Take it slow champ. Your system just went thru hell.

I feel ya bro. I did the 1-andro/4AD cycle this past october/novermber, and I got sick around week 5 out of 8... for the whole week. The best week of a cycle and I get deathly ill. I too think I caught the swine flu, and that ish was terrible. Ask Kleen, i was still recovering when we got to work out. Just keep eating even if you don't feel like it and stay up bro.

Sigh... It went like this:

My nose started bleeding, my ear plugged up and all the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck swelled up so I look like an off-kilter bullfrog.

Doctor thinks I have Mono (this would explain why my health has been so "up and down"), so I've had a ****-ton of different tests done in the last 36hrs. The results of those tests should be ready today, and they will determine whether or not I just call-off this log altogether. :(

Sorry guys.
 
Sh!t bubba...hope that is not the case. If so you will be down for awhile. Here's to the tests coming back negative and you taking some R&R and coming back feeling like new!!

That's the thing - I felt great on Wednesday! I couldn't wait to be back in the gym! Then it was like my lymphatic system exploded; my face is so swollen I have a double chin.

BW's still got a bit of a cold, but she's doing pretty well.

Got my White Blood Cell Count results: it was perfect. So that's a good sign; I'm still waiting on the results of the other tests. I was told I'd have all my results by the end of yesterday, but you know how that goes. :rolleyes:

The White Blood Cell Count makes a huge difference. That's a good indicator that this is nothing too serious. I mean, it's serious enough that you can't train, and I know that's plenty serious enough!!
I feel so badly for you and BW to have to be going through this. But alas, as Robert Plant sang, "This is the mystery of the quotient: Upon us all, I found a little rain must fall".

You and BW get better.....and that's an order!! :drillsergeant:

YES SIR! The WBC was a good thing, but I've still got lymph nodes the size of golf balls...
 
I had mono and was told that one of the symptoms was fatigue. Didnt feel tired at all and still played contact hockey 4x/week. Seeing that you still have some energy that is a good sign. Hope all is well.
 
Alright guys, here's the deal;
I'm finally feeling decent again, but I'm weak, out of conditioning and down 10lbs. I plan to get a physical and full hormone panel sometime soon, just to make sure whatever illness I had is out of my system. I am in no state to run anything hormonal - it would be a waste. I intend to use ND to take beyond my normal capacity, not to get back to normal.

So, my ND cycle is going on extended hiatus. I will point out that the stuff is potent and PCT is necessary - I've actually had nipple sensitivity flare up a couple of times since stopping ND. I had figured since I had only done a week of Natadrol, that I3C would be sufficient, but actually found that T-911 was necessary.

Anyways, this product is something I will save for down the road; I didn't really get to experience it's full glory, but I did like it while I was on it. Very noticeable drying effect, some strength increase even in the first week.

I have another stack that I've been saving for some time (bought it in October-ish IIRC), and was planning to use it after Natadrol, but think it might be apropriate to use next, considering my circumstances. It consists of:
2 Bottles GHenerate
2 Tubs Anadraulic Pump
2 Bottles Anabolic Pump
4 Bottles Prime

I'm considering tossing an AI in there as well, but if there is interest on here, I will log it.

I apologize to everybody for the poor outcome of this log, I hope my future endeavors will prove better.

No worries bro. You are right to stop, no reason to run any kind of androgen (plant based or not) when you aren't 100%. I learned that the hard way last year.
 
Get better Resolve and definitely log that new stack; you know I am all for Prime and AP together, one of my favorite combos.

No apologies necessary at all brotha. It couldn't be helped. I'm just sorry that this sickness ruined a good cycle for you. But the Natadrol will still be in your stash for when you're running 100%.

And YES!!! Log that run of PRIME or whatever you decide to run. I'll subscribe for sure.
